CABINET ARRIVED DENTED - They arrived and when we unpacked a few days later to assemble it was all dented and when we complained they refused to allow us to return as we had not notified in 48 hours, packaging is terrible it will always get dented in transport do not buy customer service is terrible

The product is working well, however it was delivered in a one day delay which affected my business. I believe that it was shipped in time from your location but got held for an extra day with the carrier. there was no way to contact the carrier and their tracking web site is very poor.

I would not recommend the delivery company you use as they did not contact me at all and just turned up with the parcel, luckily I was on site and saw them. Also there was a lot of confusion before that and the person from Adexa (I think her name was Chloe) sorted it out immediately.

The meat curing fridge is really a wonderful piece of kit—capable, stylish, and CHEAP. The delivery was exactly as expected and the service kept me informed during the process.
I’d read all of the negative reviews of Adexa and concluded that there were two main issues with Adexa—people paid for fast delivery that didn’t work, and they had issues with customer service if there was a problem with the product.
Given the massive cost difference between Adexa and everything else for this specialized type of product, I wrestled with the decision but decided that (1) I didn’t need fast delivery, (2) in the event of a fault (eg a forklift blade through the package) I would immediately unpack the product and report the fault through the Chatbot, not expect phone support, and (3) Chinese fridge technology has advanced to the point where I genuinely don’t have worry about the quality of the product (assuming some idiot doesn’t put a forklift through it).
Turns out that the fridge is great and the entire experience was great. Also, insanely cheap for what I got.
Your mileage may vary, but work out what you are prepared to live with and decide accordingly.
Couldn’t be happier with the decision.

Horrendous company. We purchased a fridge from them which has arrived with a smashed door & bent frame. They have refused to replace the product as we did not inspect it before the delivery driver left (which is very hard to do on the curb side when the product is boxed and wrapped with a delivery driver in a hurry to rush off).
It says a lot about a company when they have a Paralegal as their point of contact for customer service issues whose sole job is to "manage warranty claims, refund disputes, chargebacks, and small claims money claims,"
Avoid at all cost otherwise you end up with expensive, utterly useless products that are impossible to dispose of (all while costing a pretty penny to purchase and then relieve yourself of)

I bought a freezer from Adaxa
I bought a freezer from Adaxa, and it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service expecting a prompt resolution, but they were unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.

Delivery was timely and good communication. The product bought was easy to assemble, good quality and excellent value for.money.

Customer service is poor! Can not deal with your queries in the chat. Completed a form and 1 week later still no reply. In addition to this I was chasing up where my item was it was over the 5 day delivery timeframe. All they had to do was contact the delivery company which I ended up doing myself.
Damaged machine not replaced or refunded.
Product was delivered damaged - came at a busy time and didn’t inform them within their 24 timeframe. Partly because their phones were down for 36 hours. Now refusing to help, offered a £100 refund on a broken £900 machine. Don’t use them if you can find the product elsewhere.

The freezer was delivered broken
The freezer was delivered broken, no customer service phone to call and report it, email found on their web page was not in use so no one responded. After browsing online found another email where the broken goods where reported and they didn’t accept liability saying that broken goods were not reported on time even that I show them proof that I sent them email within hours when delivery arrived.
Next day delivery waste of money too, the last 2 orders both weren’t delivered on time.
