Was ordered for next day delivery paying additional cost, unfortunately turned up 4 days later. Disappointing service but product is good.

Good, quiet extractor
Everything was fine in terms of the delivery fast and efficient with plenty of updates.
In terms of the unit, I would have like to have a round extraction point at the back rather than the rectangle one. But I accept that there may not be enough space on the unit for this.
The fans work well had are quiet when compared to other extractor hoods which is great.
The instruction booklet does not have details on how to change the clock so I had to google this.
Broken product delivered - refund / exchange withheld
We received a stainless steel table that came in an undamaged package but was itself damaged to the point of being unusable (too deformed to fit the legs). We reported the issue back to Adexa and were told that because we hadn’t flagged it within 24 hours (we opened it a day after receiving the item) that there was nothing they could do beyond offer a £20 credit. As commercial waste it will cost us more than that to dispose of. An absolute joke of customer service and sadly a reason for us to avoid Adexa again in future. We would encourage anyone reading this to question whether they should choose Adexa themselves as the low prices are unfortunately the definition of a false economy.
Adexa provides very good quality…
Adexa provides very good quality equipment at fair value. Usually orders are delivered correctly and on time. On the one occassion an air fryer was not delivered, the issue was quickily addressed.
Terrible products
Terrible products, inferior quality and a claim process not worth the time and effort.
Purchased a products that didnt last 2 months.
Exceptional Quality
The quality of the product was as described on their web-site - if not better than expected.
The two units are perfect in situ. Thank you.
I have ordered a few kitchen equipments…
I have ordered a few kitchen equipments from Adexa and so far i have never been disappointed.🙏Excellent
Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Adexa.
Their communication throughout the ordering process was poor, and we constantly had to chase for updates instead of being kept informed.
We paid extra for next-day delivery because we urgently needed the equipment to open our business. Unfortunately, the refrigerators—the most important items in our order—arrived late, causing delays to our opening and significant disruption.
To make matters worse, another item arrived damaged and was completely unusable. The power plug was damaged, and the electrical cable was protruding from the back of the unit, making it unsafe to use.
It then took over a week of emails and follow-ups just to get Adexa to agree to accept the return. Even after all that time, the issue still wasn't resolved, and we were unable to arrange a straightforward exchange. Instead of receiving prompt support for a damaged product, we were left waiting while our business was affected.
Overall, the after-sales service was extremely disappointing. If you're spending money on commercial equipment, you expect reliable delivery, quality products, and efficient customer support when things go wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Adexa.
I would not recommend Adexa to businesses that rely on timely deliveries and responsive after-sales service.
I had a very disappointing experience with Adexa
I had a very disappointing experience with Adexa.
The display unit I purchased stopped working within just one week of use. When I contacted customer support, instead of focusing on resolving the fault, they repeatedly suggested that the issue was with my power supply and asked me to use a different socket.
To rule this out, I purchased a replacement display from Nisbets. The new unit worked perfectly using the same power supply, confirming that the issue was with the Adexa product, not my electrical socket.
I was disappointed with both the quality of the product and the after-sales support. Rather than receiving a straightforward resolution, I felt the process was unnecessarily prolonged, and I ended up replacing the faulty unit at my own expense.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Adexa and would not purchase from them again.
Portable Ice Machines
I ordered 3 Portable Ice Machines, with one of them delivered faulty. First I had to complete a form, then provide a video to show that the machine simply does not make ice.
Original offer was for me to accept a voucher, but to do so, I would then need to purchase something additional as the voucher was c£10 greater than the purchase price, and when I attempted to use it, it was invalid!
After numerous e mails (they obviously cannot communciate through the medium of speech), I was told that they would have to wait for a report from their supplier.
Start to finish, I have now been waiting 3 weeks for either a refund or replacement. The question is why could they not have just simply sent me a replacement, instead of putting me through a Customer Service Death Loop, whereby I have to do the administration to actually receive the goods that I paid for?
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROMPT…
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROMPT DELIVERIES. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.
Quick fast delivery of a food…
Quick fast delivery of a food preparation table. Easy to make up (better if two people) feels good quality.
Two weeks since order - no goods
** UPDATED ** Fridge finally arrived, face down sliding around in the back of a truck, out of it's packaging. We refused delivery, BUT still no refund from Adexa - complete crooks, operating outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
BE WARNED
Two week since order, still no goods. Customer services take days to respond with unhelpful formulaic responses (if they ever do). Nobody at Adexa seems to know when we will receive the items we paid for.
Use a more reputable company that delivers effectively.
AVOID ADEXA DIRECT
They have NO customer service line because they have zero skills in dealing with customers.
AWFUL WELSH COMPANY!!!
Damaged box.
Fridge has 3 dents and an actual hole to the inside of fridge and the plastic is all cracked off the front door.
Next Day delivery is £12 and is NOT next day!
They have a customer service chat line which no one responded to in 2.5hrs (so gave up)
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID ADEXA!!!!
Fantastic
Great. All was done very efficiently and quickly.
Freezer -easy to manoeuvre and is big enough for our needs.
Delivery was quick and prompt.
All good. Thank You.
The prices may look attractive
The prices may look attractive, but I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from Adexa.
We had a product fail after just 4 weeks of normal use. We reported it immediately, supplied photos and all the evidence they requested, and were then left waiting for months with little to no communication. Every time we chased, we were simply told they were waiting for an update from their supplier.
To make matters worse, for appliance warranty claims they expect you to arrange and pay for a third-party engineer's report to determine why the product has failed. In my opinion, that's an unreasonable expectation, particularly when a product fails almost immediately after purchase.
When equipment is essential to your business, you need a company that stands behind what they sell. Unfortunately, that hasn't been our experience.
The low purchase price quickly becomes irrelevant if you're left with faulty equipment, ongoing delays and poor after-sales support. Based on our experience, I wouldn't buy from Adexa again.
Do not order from here
Do not order from here
Do not order from here. They have multiple loop wholes for business it seems. If your purchasing make sure its personal
I'm unable to return a dishwasher unused in its original packaging from 7 days delivery.
I'm missing a blender from my order
I had a juicer break less than a month after use and they are saying they can't do anything about it - by law goods should be of satisfactory quality in the UK
No we're out of pocket from our new coffee shop opening - it's enough to set a small business back as we're
£4000 out of pocket
Absolutely disgusting
Good price and prompt delivery
Good price and prompt delivery. It is a gift which has not been given yet so hopefully the product will work well.
Good service and great product quality…
Good service and great product quality thank you
