The flight it self was quite good…
The flight it self was quite good however we’ve waited nearly 3 years to finally get on our pleasure flight at a cost of over £400 for the the two of us. This was due to bad weather cancellations closing the original location 2 miles from where we live and moving it 30 miles away and very low availability every time we tried to book. It’s a lot of money for a 25 minute flight. Plus everyone on our flight had to wait at least a year before they managed to get on our pleasure flight. So think carefully and read the reviews before you book.

After reading your reply I stand steadfast with my original review and since then I’ve read other people’s reviews and comments who agree with me. You should call your company nightmare 001 for putting most of through hell rather than the adventure you so happily charge us for and put through.

I’d like to set the record straight by saying in the first 12 months there were no booking slots available from our chosen pick up point after continually looking on your site every month. Then you insisted we extend the vouchers for our flights and have the cheek to charge us £51 for the year extension we had 2 vouchers for 2 people myself and my partner the total cost was £450 don’t try to wriggle your way out of the real issue here which that your company provides terrible service when booking this kind of adventure. You rent the pilots and the helicopters services thank god. Clever words and twisting the truth can’t hide the facts. You need to look a little closer at your reviews.

This was a excellent birthday gift flight for 2. The venue was a fantastic location and the staff also really made the event. Everything was explained fully and the safety briefing was really in depth. Well worth booking - even if your experience annoys air traffic control as you get longer flying.

The staff that looked after us and provided safe, clear instructions and tips and guidance on improving with each shot.
Excellent atmosphere and will definitely be back again.

Booked a Falconry Experience.
Two days before informed to bring a chair. No toilet facilities. All outside.
The weather was atrocious . As we are both in our Seventies this put us off and we decided not to attend.
So we lost a total of 50 pounds.
The next day they e mailed asking how had the day gone!

Via e mail regarding the weather but did not receive a reply

Myself and my wife took a 75 kilometre trip on one of the adventure 001 helicopters for our wedding anniversary out of balinrobe race track five weeks ago.Thanks so much to captain Dominic and all the staff involved for a truly wonderful experience,a must do for all ages,we give them top marks.Thanks again.

Staff was fantastic, very kind and helpful. Pilot was really informative. The ride itself was absolutely amazing. Start assisted me as I’m disabled. I genuinely felt looked after. First time ever flying, I was nervous but soon as I spoke to staff I felt my anxiety leave, I was calm and loved every second of the day from arrival to leaving.

Front start to finish our experience was brilliant. The staff was great. Clear directions and was very clear and easy instructions about safely of the helicopter.

Highly recommend! Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Great adventure. The Thames helicopter ride up to the London eye was amazing. Highly recommended and one to tick off the bucket list.

It was my wife's birthday gift and she sat next to the pilot while I was in the back. What an experience! The pilot was amazing, very friendly,informative and professional! In fact the whole team was very personable! Thank you especially to the pilot. Would definitely book privately with this pilot for another awsome experience!!

Amazing falconry experience
3.5 hours packed with flying displays
Hands on experience holding owls, eagles, kites and various beautiful birds
The team at Bedford are so knowledgeable and patient and very caring with the birds
We cannot wait to return next year
The whole site is lovely with the farm animals and little tea room

What a fabulous experience! We handled and flew 6 birds each plus watched a flying display of owls, Haris hawks, vultures. Brilliant keepers imparted lots of information and made the whole visit really joyful.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever done. The whole process was brilliant from the booking, to the meeting the team on site and the craic we had with the pilot during the flight. I couldn't recommend them hightly enough and I will definitely be booking a flight with them again and this time with the whole family.

Absolutely amazing experience. No issues what so ever. All the staff are great and what a great job they all have including the pilot! All money for photos go to charity also which is brilliant. A very efficient an fun experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with Adventure 001, and I just had to share how truly happy we were. My husband, our children, and I all enjoyed the day so much — it felt full of excitement, adventure, and those little moments you remember for a long time.

Everything was organised beautifully, the team was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience left us with genuinely lovely memories. We’re really grateful to have had the chance to enjoy a day like this together, and we’re already thinking about coming back again in the future.

Great experience
My 2 grandsons aged 13 and 15 had been talking about going in a helicopter and so I bought the trip for them both. They loved the experience and the staff who helped them were friendly and welcoming. They flew over liverpool and thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was a super windy day and we weren’t sure if the experience could still take place however, our pilot Tom was absolutely amazing! The take off and landing were so smooth, you couldn’t tell there was any wind. The head sets allowed Tom to point out all the places of interest on our route over Liverpool and prevented us from hearing the rotor noise. It felt like we were in slow motion whilst in the air but Tom advised we were travelling an equivalent of around 90mph! I was expecting my stomach to be in my mouth at times with turbulence or when turning but this wasn’t the case at all - just pure pleasure from start to finish - I’d definitely recommend this experience. ❤️

This experience was most certainly not what we expected, we were sold a 3 hour falconry experience for 2 but the size of the group we had seriously let things down. The reality is that with a group size this big we barely would have had at best 30 minutes in total of individual time with the birds, the rest of the time was spent waiting for everyone else to take a turn.
Then to make it worse, the location chosen was a farm on top of a hill and fully open, this coupled with absolutely freezing wind coming across the hill meant that all the waiting around made us extremely cold. Then when we needed to use the toilet, we couldn’t as they were locked up with no access at all.
We ended up leaving half way though as did others in this group, feeling very dissatisfied with the day.
This farm had a massive barn and given that the flying was minimal why could this experience not be inside a barn meaning the weather would not affect it and then we would have had access to the toilet.
Just feels like customer satisfaction is not prioritised above making maximum profit.
I definitely will not be using your company again for any experiences.
