Never Aeroflot again!

They asked me to wait for 3 years (3 years!) to get a refund for the tickets that were canceled by Aeroflot due to Covid. And now they are asking me to go to Russia Aeroflot office to get my refund. Make it make sense! I need to go to a country I've never been to before, and spend as much money to get my refund! Yoh this is insane.

Horrible service! Didn’t even get a refund for my ticket that I did not use during COVID which was not my fault. It’s been 3 years! They are still not able to refund me. Feels like a Scam!
Customer service is an absolute nightmare. My support requests keep getting closed with NO resolution whatsoever.
This is not how it is supposed to be!

The worst airline company in the world. Terrible service. Bad food. Dirty seats and toilets. The aircrew was very rude unpleasant and unhelpful. Avoid this poor airline company.

Like many other reviewers I have been defrauded of my money. I purchased a gift certificate which I never used, and after the expiration date it was supposed to be refunded (as per their T&Cs). I contacted them and they responded that the refund was made, however, I never received my money back. After several follow ups and reminders, I am now told I must provide them with a Russian bank account to receive my refund. Absolutely atrocious.

Has your flight been cancelled by Aeroflot themselves? Forget about your money back, you will never see them again. I am waiting 2.5 years on my refund and am traded off by some copy-paste emails back saying I will not receive it. Would not recommend this airline to anyone.

I will never buy anything from you if you continue to line the pockets of the glazers whom are destroying the club I’ve loved for 37 years. I’ll also be telling others to do the same!

Worst airline especially in the war time! There is no service and very gross misuse of the situation to set extremely high prices for their ticket! Very disappointed

Waiting for my refund for over more than 1 year. Impossible to comunicate with the client service, since they keep turning around the real questions.

Great experience flying this airline. We will definitely prefer aeroflot over other airlines for all of our travels.

Just tried to book a flight from Leeds to Tomsk on the aeroflot website and it kicked me out. Terrible service.

Don’t even consider using this organisation. Funding them funds the invasion of Ukraine.
Their aircraft and engines are not technically supported by Boeing, Airbus, RR or GE and so you are at considerable technical risk.

Please, be honest with your customers for a real reason the flights are cancelled across Europe.

Don't waste your time and money with Aeroflot!

I booked a flight from Israel to Cuba for April 2020.

In view of the wave of flight cancellations due to COVID-19, I contacted the airline's office in Israel and they confirmed that all flights were cancelled. The airline indicated in my reservation this cancellation as 'involuntary change' and told me that I have the right to obtain a full refund of the ticket through the agency Travelgenio since I used their platform to book the flight.

On the same day, I was informed by Travelgenio that the reimbursement was requested and I would be receiving the funds in 1 to 3 months, what never happened because Aeroflot never transferred the funds to the agency, proving their very bad customer services.

Long time has passed since April 2020 and in the meantime, I have made so many calls, told me to refer to the branch in Israel (never got an answer) and sent infinite emails to follow up this matter with no response whatsoever about the pending reimbursement. Only in December 2020, I was offered a voucher as the only solution (curiously, the possibility of reimbursement was not available anymore after 9 months of the request that was approved), which I had to accept or else I would lose the value of the ticket, NOT FAIR at all. Moreover, I keep on contacting Travelgenio and they told me that they contacted Aeroflot who advised to request a voucher (again) which is valid for only 1 year from the date of purchase of the original tickets (December 2019), really a joke...

Up today, considering the fact that Aeroflot is cleaning its hands in this matter, I am not able to even use the voucher because there are no flights for which I can use it. The value of the ticket is quite high and I keep insisting to get back the refund I was promised. They just want to keep the money, smart move.

This is not fair at all and shows how the company treats customers that rely on its services... NEVER AGAIN!

Hi, To anyone who's is using this Airline from Economy to Business class do not risk your money because once they get your money you are not gonna get it back for any reason and the customer service is rude. Do not risk your money and time with this Airline.
