What a great pillow
What a great pillow! Supports very nicely. Love the size, as it's bigger than standard. Doesn't squash flattish as even the standard firm support ones do. Great customer service. My first order got lost at delivery, and the customer care team was absolutely fantastic. If only it was the same elsewhere. Thank you very much.

It relieves neck and shoulder pain
It has made my neck so much better. I purchased a second pillow so I have got a spare in case I spill something on the pillow I’m using because I don’t want to be without it even for one night

Great delivery service and peace of mind knowing I have 3 months to give it a go. Excellent pillows and outstanding customer service.
I originally bought two Aeyla pillows and was so pleased with them that I ordered a third. Unfortunately, the delivery took much longer than expected and we assumed the parcel had been lost. Aeyla handled the situation brilliantly and, without any quibble, sent out a replacement. The original pillow has since turned up and is now on its way back, but throughout the process the company was excellent to deal with and made me feel like a valued customer.
As for the pillows themselves, they are genuinely wonderful. I am a side sleeper and, until now, I have never been able to sleep comfortably on my back without pain. Since using these pillows, I have found myself able to sleep on my back in supreme comfort. They have made a real difference to my sleep and I would happily recommend them.

Fast delivery and extremely well packed. Took a day or two to get used to it having slept on two pillows thumped to within an inch of their lives. Now sleep with just one of these pillows. Neck and shoulder pain vastly improved. They are a very tight fit in my pillow cases if that’s an issue you may need to use slightly larger ones but mine match the bedding so I will live with it. Would recommend and will be purchasing a few more

Softest pillow but the best support
Having purchased numerous pillows in the past with varying degrees of disappointment I was very sceptical about this latest “ miracle solution” but I hold my hands up to being completely incorrect in my assumptions. The first night felt like falling into a soft cloud and I was asleep before I realised. The morning greeted me with a beautifully relaxed neck and I spent the day looking forward to my next sleep. Nearly two weeks in and that feeling hasn’t left me. I’m telling all my friends about it and am even contemplating taking it on holiday !

Comfortable but still have a stiff neck
There was no option but express delivery. Given the choice I wouldn’t use Evri. I have been using a Simba pillow for about 5 years but needed to change it so tried Aeyla. The dual pillow is comfortable I like it but I still wake with a stiff neck.

I have tried a lot of different pillows, over the past few years,and they have not worked.
I have wasted so much money on them. So I was wondering if this is going to be another one promising the world. After alot of debating with myself I thought I will give a go but make this the last one. I have had the dual pillow for about two weeks now and is very comfortable, I does feel like those pillows you get in high end hotels.so I am going to stick with it and see how it is after a longer period of time.

Great customer service
I inadvertently messed up my order and didn’t “complete” it. Customer services contacted me and were very helpful in sorting it out for me.
This is the 2nd Duel pillow I have bought and the quality is just as good as my first one. They are the best, most comfortable pillows I have bought and I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of buying a third one at some point. The great customer service was much appreciated, too.
