No suitable pillowcases
First, communicating with the site is excellent, the pillow is very comfy too, my only drawback is, even larger pillowcases and pillow protectors aren't large enough as they compact the pillow which overrides the comfort of the pillow, at the moment I'm using it with a pillowcase just laid over it, which isn't ideal.

Sleep on a cloud with an Aeyla pillow.
Aeyla pillows are the best I've tried. I have slept really well since I got mine and you really only need one instead of the several I used to use. It's like sleeping on a cloud.

Most comfortable pillow yet
It is a very comfortable pillow having tried a number with limited success.
I just need to work out how to get a thin pillow underneath it to prop it up slightly but it definitely has a soft sinking in feeling but then provides good support. Tracking my deep sleep is showing a definite improvement.
Looking to get another for my other half to try.

The customer service is incredible with the focus actually being the "customer" in a world where the "customer",more often or not, is always doubted. I have had contact on 2 occasions where ,I would say, its has been about preference and not about the quality of the pillows for sure. Both times I have been listened to and had anything resolved with nothing but respect. They just do as they advertise. Amazing company.

Love my new pillow, it's really comfortable and supportive of my neck. With easily removable filling, I've been able to adjust the height of the pillow to suit.

Genuinely sceptical at first but I decided to take the plunge and really glad I did, lovely plump pillow that supports the weight of my head throughout the night and plumps back up again when I change position, just wondering if I actually need a pillow case as it’s quite tight with a pillow case on and it’s easily washable so I might give it a go without a case. Overall very pleased with my new pillow.

Unbelievable pillows. We are pensioners. I have arthritis. My wife has spondylitis in her upper spine. As a result we now sleep in separate rooms in order not to disturb each other due to tossing and turning and sleepless uncomfortable nights. We saw the advert. We saw the claims being made by Aeyla about better nights sleep. We gulped when we saw the price. But we took the plunge. Oh my goodness...... we have both never slept better in our whole lives. No more waking up and turning the pillow. Bashing it and pummelling it to reshape it. All that stopped. These pillows are sumptuous. We have absolutely no regrets. We totally recommend them. We both sleep in double beds so we actually decided to buy a second pair, to make our beds look balanced. Our advice....? Don't hesitate. Order now. You will never regret it.

Purchased two Dual Pillows in July last year. Having bought loads of pillows over the years to try and help with neck pain. The dual pillows were a godsend and neck pain was very much reduced. Issue at first was the pillows were too big for standard pillow cases. Bought extra large pillow cases and pillows fit perfectly. I purchased two more dual pillows in May 26. On delivery of these pillows felt they were a lot thinner than the first two purchased. Emailed Aeyla Customer Services to let them know and response was almost immediately and issue was resolved. Couldn’t fault their sincerity and concern that I receive the best sleeping experience. Very happy.
