Avoid this company at all costs!
I have had a terrible experience with AFB:
1) they delivered the wrong device
2) they caused so much confusion when I was trying to pay: they ended up sending me three different order numbers
3) the biggest problem: the laptop stopped working after just two months of light use! Since I am abroad, I've been left with no device and unable to affordably send it back so I now need to buy a new one!
4) very unsympathetic customer service: there seems to have been very little respect that AFB have caused me these problems and their replies, while timely, were completely lacking in empathy or taking any responsibility for this situation.
It's a shame: I wanted to like this company as good for the environment and great to support people into careers. However, both the devices and the company don't seem to work!
I've lost money by shopping with AFB and have felt so much stress trying to get them to understand that they have failed here. I deeply regret ever having ordered from them.
