The staff and facilities of APML were highly competent from start to finish, ensuring that my move from India to Europe was efficent and successful. I could not be happier.

I am very happy to write a review for Agarwal Packers. I had to move from my home in Goa India to Nepal. They were helpful from the start, and offered me a very good price for the service delivered. The packers did a great job, and all my goods arrived on the day they advised and all in order. There were a couple of breakages, this happens, but claiming on my insurance was very easy and efficient. Bhavya Sharma was a wonderful support from start to finish. I highly recommend using Agarwal. Got my bike back damaged and they refused to pay for it.

While packing is very good, and the staff is helpful, they are SLOW. Transport often is stuck at one location for 2-3 days before moving on, even if the distance to the next stop is just a 5 hour drive. Their website is a joke. The guy who made it should be fired and find a job in cooking or something. Not only are they still referencing covid19 as excuse for slow moving in 2026, try their "feedback" page. You cant write anything. Even if you only use letters, no number or any special chars, you will still get a "not special chars allowed" error and whatever you wrote is deleted. In any case, giving feedback on their own site is useless as they have control over what gets published and what not. No wonder you only see fantastic reviews.

It was a very good experience getting my shipment cleared and delivered through Agarwal Packers and Movers. The whole process was seamlessly handled very professionally by Mr Punit and kudos to him and his team for making the whole process very smooth.

It took about 6 months for the shipment to be delivered but all goods delivered. One chair leg broke and one vacuum cleaner pipe extension missing but rest of the 20 odd items received intact.

I recently moved from the US to India with Agarwal Packers. While the total timeline was overshot by about 1.5 months due to heavy customs backlogs at the Mumbai port, the team remained diligent and successfully cleared the consignment. Some follow ups were needed to get status updates. Despite the wait, the service was great—my belongings were handled with care and delivered safely to my home. A solid choice for international relocation.

I wish rating scale had a negative marking level as well. The worst service ever, no sympathy for clients. Broken goods, timelines breached and most unprofessional and unpleasant employees. Throw the stuff out or give them free to needy ones rather than moving them by APML.

I have used AMPL service multipe time in demostice transfer and with that experience i used it for internationational shipment as well. Experience remains same. All items were packed nicely and delivered safely. They have a complete professional team who keep up their standards from pickup to delivery. My all queries were responded promptly by cordinator Mr. Abhishek which made me worry less throughout the transit.

I have moved innumerable times both within the country as well as across continents. Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. is probably one of the best moving companies that I have dealt with .Each and every one of their team members starting from the point of survey of goods to be packed, to their packers as well as their co-coordinator Abhishek is helpful, polite, courteous and extremely responsive. While the service for pickup was hassle free, communication post pick up could have been more prompt.

Unprofessional just big talks, cannot do surveys on time and pass the blame to each other. Call center staff has no coordination. First impression last impression.
