The staff are very caring
The staff are very caring. I purchased an item on line and found that I couldn't go to pick it up. I called the Lincoln shop and spoke to Carl who very kindly offered to send it, freeof charge after I had offered to pay. He said it was customer service. Very thoughtful and kind.
