AGM Software 

Fake. Avoid this seller. I bought a key form AGM for MS Office Pro Plus for 2024. Two months after the installation a windows is popping up and says the key is invalid, and only valid för 2021 PP. It's impossible to contact the company .The e-mail address, mentioned in the receipt, doesn't exists any longer and the Live Chat is not working.

SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased Microsoft Office 2024. Received the email with a "Code#1" (assume it is the license number) and clicked on the "Download link". Tried to open the download but it just open a video player which played a short song "no more tears to cry"! Total scam! No way to contact them. I should have done much better research before purchasing.

Purchased an Office package in early 2024. Misleading marketing all the way through. Sold under a different version name. Very bad email communication in general. Refuses to refund.

They take your money, then don't give you access to the product you've purchased, it just comes up with error messages. The help BOT doesn't work, there is no-one there and they do not answer emails. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT NUMBER EITHER. I had to go elsewhere to purchase the product AGAIN and I'm trying to get a refund BUT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE AS NO-ONE IS THERE!!! GO TO A WELL KNOWN COMPANY AND DON'T BE SCAMMED.

The Microsoft Office 2024 software does not work and they provided no license key so Microsoft will not help correct the situation. AGM says they have Chat available 24/7, 7/7, but it does not work either, it constantly says it is closed for the day and to leave a message and someone will respond within 24 hours but that is not the case, I left multiple messages and have not received any reply. This is a fradulent website, do not buy from here.

DO NOT use this company!!! Do better research than I did!!! I typically do better, but it was very late, I had an important meeting and was in a hurry to get a Microsoft Program and I did not have the time. This is a fraudulent company. My credit card company flagged it instantly. Once I had more time today to research it, I could kick myself. So please learn from my mistake!!!

I ordered MS Office 365 pro, after the installation it didn't work, I reinstall it just to realize that the installation never goes beyond 92%, eventually worked just once and then a window explaining that that licence can't be registered as has reach the users limit.
Be aware that they are just scammers.

I ordered a windows 10 upgrade software.
I received the email for the download link, but it was missing. After contacting AGM, I received the require link. This failed on every attempt. After contacting AGM, they stated they can only help with windows code. I have requested a full refund and now there is NO response. The next stage is the CC company. I don't hold out much luck.

Scam alert ... wanted to buy work and they sent a link to download that gave a virus alert. They were suprised i didn;t want to follow thier other instruction. I have Visa going after them,

AGM Software is based in Japan and is a totally fraudulent company. I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 yesterday and also spoke with the people via live chat. I had no suspicions. I received confirmation of the process to follow on screen and a supposed activation code. It told me to uninstall any existing programme, which I did and that closed down my connection to the confirmation.

I went back into the AGM site and the live chat has been constantly closed since. I went into Google and the link there is showing as permanently closed.

I have been scammed by these people. I spoke with my credit card company and they were very helpful and advised that, as I had not received the product, they would reimburse me. They were really helpful.

AGM Softwar is a company that appears to defraud customers and should not be used under any circumstances

I have subsequently managed to get a hold of them via live chat, where they were totally unhelpful and extremely rude. They have refused to reimburse me and say they would only consider this were the product found to not be working. As I have received nothing and activated nothing, this is a nonsense.

I belive that my credit card company has flagged up this company as being a potential scam on my behalf

I bought a Microsoft License from them, followed the instructions sent and I was informed by Microsoft Activation that it was an invalid licence. I've tried to contact them both by email and through their chat but no answer.

DON'T TRUST THEM

The software they are selling doesn't work. They have no e-mail address to which you can send your complaint. The chat function is switched off, and they say they will be back tomorrow, which they never are.

this company is a scam .i did not recieve my key for office 21.they did not return my many calls.they are thieves. rich 2024 nov. 10th

It has now become all but certain that AGM Software is selling suites of Microsoft Office LTSC Products that do not exist.

This conclusion is based on the following:

01. Microsoft Community forum "Where do I go to download and purchase Office 2024 Pro Plus? - Microsoft Community" indicating Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 is no longer available as a version called Pro Plus.

02. Installation files from AGM Software installing Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 that is listed in "Apps and Features" as "Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2024"

03. Apps (Word, Excel, etc.) listing "Office 2021" on respective start-up splash screen.

04. Reviews of AGM Software on this site having 189 one-star reviews, most of which indicate similar occurrences of AGM Software substituting alternate products in place of what was purchased.

A dispute is in place to recover funds used for this purchase.

It has been recommended to Microsoft that they take appropriate actions to prevent AGM Software (agm-software.com) from continuing their business practice.

This business is located in Estonia, and has deceptive business practices.

I ordered a copy of MS Office Home & Business 2024, and they delivered a key for MS Office Professional 2021! I already had some more modern installed on the PC!

I tried to resolve this with their technical support. The first guy was good, and attempted to help me. But everything he told me did not work.The second guy was awful and just asking what my problem was?

I disputed the charge. I'll see what happens.

They are criminals and they take money from stupid people like as who trust internet.

Unfortunately, this time I let myself be deceived! In fact, as another user already pointed out, the 'Trustpilot' logo and rating on this company's website are fake, with a value that is obviously much higher than it actually is. Based on this false information, I trusted this company and ordered Windows Office 2024, but instead received a different version, probably 2021 (to be honest, I don’t even know if it’s a real version since I already have Office 2021 installed on my PC). On this company's website, there is a 'Live Chat' option that always appears to be online, but clicking the link leads nowhere. I also wrote an email but didn’t receive any response. For this reason, I can only urge everyone to stay away from this company to avoid being scammed!

AGM falsely advertise via google platform.
I thought I was ordering Office 365, received Office 2021.
Wasted time on attempts to resolve so now wasting more time on submitting negative reviews to avoid others from being scammed.

False rating on their website. They have a false Trustpilot logo on their website rating themselves as excellent, 4.7/5 based on 899 reviews - clearly false when you manually find their Trustpilot profile here.

You are paying for "trial" software that will stop working. Bought Office 2024.
Once "activated" it will state:
"Office LTSC Standard for Mac 2024 Preview"

What Microsoft says about preview:
The client activation keys used in the Office LTSC 2024 Preview program expire on January 13th, 2025. After that time, Office LTSC 2024 Preview will be in reduced functionality mode.
