AGM sent me a key for Office that is already in use according to Microsoft. They refused to send another one, and to reimburse even if specified on their web site. FLEE THEM!! It will definitely be your best choice with them

Can’t fault this office software and the license. Received download link and activation software immediately after payment I believe it is licensed through LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) It installed perfectly on my iMac M3 (fresh install of it on my new machine) I updated the software before activating the program and it’s currently running fine. Will wait until Oct / Nov for official release when hopefully will receive an original key. It does work though so don’t be put off

The website advertised Microsoft office 2024. After I ordered and paid, just found out this is a bogus website. They scammed people. They send me an email with a link to install the software, but without the product key. Checked with people at BestBuy, there is no such thing as Microsoft Office 2024. The latest version is Microsoft Office 2021. There is no customer service line to contact. Their email contact is just bogus. After I sent an email to them, there was no response at all. I called my credit card company to dispute. They will investigate about this case. We should file complaint with the office of Attorney General in our state in order to remove this business. Stop them, don’t let them continue to scam other victims.

I purchased MS Office 365 from AGM Software (Estonia) over a week ago. The platform I wanted, Word, was locked out. I complained, but received no help or further communication from these scammers. It took my local computer shop 2 hours to figure it out, even Microsoft had no idea what was going on. Trying to get my money back through visa is just a waste of time so I haven't bothered. Their website looks genuine, but be warned, keep away.

I ordered and paid for Microsoft Office 2024 (a one-off home and office download) but did not receive a product key. I emailed them three times, but they have yet to respond. I have now discovered that this 2024 product has yet to be released by Microsoft. The download doesn't work, so I don't know what they sent me. At best, reading the reviews, it is Microsoft 2021, but the download doesn't work anyway. I have asked for a full refund and briefed my nephew, a barrister. If I don't get a full refund within 24 hours, this will be in his hands. I will follow through on legal proceedings, as I HATE companies that try to scam people.

Even one star does not reflect the experience I have had with this "company". There shouId be a "no star" classification.
I should have checked this Estonian company (?Russian) before I made a purchase of MS Office and also should have remembered the saying about being careful if the price is too good to be true.
I paid my money and got a return email without a product code. I didn't like that or the download arrangements which could have wiped out my files. I asked for my money back but the is was refused saying my dissatisfaction with their product, notified within a few days of paying, was not a valid reason for a refund!
Don't touch this website, it is a total scam.

They have withdrawn £90 from my account but not sent me any code. No communication whatsoever. Stay away!

Initially I gave this company 1 star as Office Mac did not work. The online help chat is useless. Go to the help email account. They will respond quickly

Initially the suggestion did not work≥. They then sent me how to clear out the registry of the computer. Very easy instructions.

This is a scam I bought the 2019 Microsoft office and have not been able to open it or had any assistance from them.

This is a scam. I bought the 2024 Microsoft package and after downloading and validating it, it still does not work as it requires a 365 membership so I would need to pay a yearly subscription after having just paid more than that to purchase the AGM software. So far there has been no assistance from them.

AGM Software is a scam. I paid them for Microsoft Office, which I had my Apple Support install for me, but we could not activate without a Key. After many requests, they would not send the Key number to activate the software. They are a scam. Do not be fooled by their false positive reviews.

I purchased Office 2021 Home and Business and received my key and link. I already have a DVD of the program and I only needed the key to activate it.

When I entered the key I received an error message stating it was not valid as the key was only for the Professional Plus version - which is a horrible version because of all the add-ons that Microsoft installs without any option to remove.

I sent the company multiple emails and even tried their chat section on their website but I have not received any response yet.

I bought the 2021 version for $44.99. After I paid it states to tap on the link next to the product key. After I did, it was infected with a virus. It seems they only have an online chat room as I can't talk to a live agent to get a refund. Have not heard from them yet. Ended up buying the 2021 version from Microsoft for around $150. Was well worth it! Still didn't get a refund from AGM.

Bought MS Office Professional Plus Standalone version. After installation, I quickly noticed that Publisher had not been included and immediately contacted AGM. I kept getting replies back for about a week (total of 15+ interactions on my part and theirs). At first they seemed helpful and kept instructing me to install 3rd party utility software and follow their directions. Unfortunately, their directions were sketchy at the very best. They were supposed to set up a chat for earlier this week but never did. I have not heard from them in over five days. I would stay away from this company. I would have been far better off paying over double the price and get a reliable product. I have wasted too much precious time trying to get a solution but have been left hanging.

Last evening I stupidly purchased what I now believe is a bogus software package from AGM Software that downloaded something on my Mac but, despite getting a message that the software downloaded successfully, is not in my Applications folder. I purchased--and received an emailed receipt for--MS Office 2024, purported to be a stand alone product, not a subscription. I searched for the application and even looked for it in my systems interrogator and there is no MS Office 2024. The cost was $89.99 but a discount code BACKTOSCHOOL gave me a brought the price down to $76.49. Now, I fear that I not only got scammed out of the money I paid for a bogus software product, but that whatever did download might have caused malicious malware to be installed on my Mac. I now wish I had searched for reviews of AGM Software before making this purchase. Of course, I contacted my credit card company but they can not do anything until the pending charge is actually posted. Then I can file a formal complaint and they will work to get my money back. But I am more worried about whatever malware may have downloaded, so I will contact Apple Help Desk next to find out what I should do. I am livid that it's so easy for pirate companies to scam people so easily online. Beware! Stay far away from AGM Software.

Bought Microsoft Office 2024 from AGM Software and the email did not include the product code. Trying Chat on the website did not work and no response on email.

Brought Microsoft Office and received the order email but with no product key information.
The claimed live chat is never available.
So far, no response to email either.

Total scam!!! Beware! I ordered the product, paid for it and immediately received the e-mail. However, the links they provide do not download the software. I have no idea what it does, but I still do not have MS Office.

I ordered MS Office and received an email which was meant to include the activation code, however the activation code was not included. I’ve contact the company but they haven’t responded. Keep away, looks like a fraud!

I was using a free 365 program and decided to buy AGM software home & business. The instructions did not work. Went to enter the product code and it said please come back later PkpnNotSupported. I think they took my money and I will not see it again. I feel like a fool.
