AGM Software 

I purchased MS Office Home and Business and the download would not install because Webroot found it loaded with malware. So I signed in to Microsoft and downloaded the program (It was Office home and business 2021) anyway it would not activate because it is an illegitimate license. Wasted 3 hours messing around with this.

Sent ms office preview which is free and expires in January. I paid for Ms office 2024 home and business. I will be claiming back from my credit card company

After purchasing Microsoft Office 2024, I downloaded it and I followed the instructions according to AGM-Software to install it. But it didn't work. So, I wrote the company an e-mail asking for their support. They replied in less than 5 minutes. While waiting for their answer, I just restarted my Mac and Microsoft Office 2024 started working. No problem at all. So far, I recommend it!

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 (PC/Mac), Home & Business edition on Oct 3, 2024. The download from their emailed link was an old version of Microsoft Office 2021, and their "Microsoft_Office_2024_Validator" software only authorized "LTSC Standard for Mac 2024 Preview", which is useless to me. After communicating with AGM Software, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment.

Update Oct 9: Fraudulent purchases were made today on the credit card used for this purchase. I'm now waiting for a replacement card.

Back in April I ordered Office 2024 (as it was advertised on the site!). When I got the download email, it said it was for Office 2021. I emailed them about it, and they told me it was for 2021 with updates to 2024. Since 2024 hadn't been released yet, I thought ok, I'll wait to update when it does come out and use the key then.

Well, yesterday (10/1) Office 2024 came out. I installed Office and used the key, which gave me Office 2021 as expected, but when I tried to "update" to 2024, surprise... surprise... it didn't work.

Contacted Microsoft, who informed me of two things:
1) the key is for 2021 Pro, which I cannot link to my microsoft account like I could with Office 2019 and 2013.

2) there is no "update" from 2021 to 2024, only UPDATES (as in software changes) to 2021 good until the year 2024--not the version 2024.

Since then their chat never works, I've had no responses, and of course since I ordered it back in April I will never see my money. Now I am stuck with Office 2021 (which I am not fond of due to changes from 2019), and will have to pay AGAIN to get 2024.

The site is shady to say the least. Use with care. FWIW, I was able to install 2021 using the key, so in that way it is legitmate.

DO NOT USE this site. It is a scam. I am extremely disappointed, it does not download/work at all. It has therefore not been used, but AGM are refusing to refund me. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Bought a office 2024 product key. But it is not working and mentioning it is for office 2021

I downloaded the Office for 2024 for Mac software as per instructions and like all other reviewers, the licence file didn't work. Having had this problem a few times in the past at work where multiple Microsoft licence files cause problems and having historically spent a few hours with my IT department at work, the situation with AGM didn't surprise me. I sent a polite email and received a response a few hours later with links to Microsoft as to how to fully clean and remove all the original Microsoft files - especially the hidden ones from my MAC. I then reloaded from scratch following the links sent by AGM and everything worked perfectly the first time. In defence of AGM, my experience is that they have delivered EXACTLY what they sold me, and provided very good post-sales advise. My recommendation to them though would be to include the links sent to me in the support email with their original invoice and download instructions - that way they may avoid so many unfounded negative comments listed below.

I spent several hours attempting to download software from AGM by following their instruction and succeeded only in developing a high state of anxiety and frustration. Help was minimal and consisted in the main of a Bot which constantly referred me to a “solution” which I’d already tried several time to no avail. I wish I’d read comments here before purchasing. My advice - steer well clear and go for an organisation which offers on line help with a real person.

This company is garbage, beware!! Purchased Microsoft Office 365 2024, Product does not down load properly, I contacted both Qeek Squad and Microsoft Tech Support and neither one could get it to work!! Live Chat is always closed!!! Do not buy software from this company!!!

This is a complete scam. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing software but I was in a rush and needed to update my MS Office and it was the first thing that looked legitimate and a good deal... now I'm out $200 and never got a working MS Office suite from the company. Stay away!

I’ve seen many negative reviews about AGM Software, but my experience was quite different. I had an issue with the installation, and they responded to my complaint within an hour. After sending a screenshot and a detailed description of the problem, I quickly received a working solution. Although their 24/7 chat wasn’t available, I recommend using the email address on their website—that worked for me!

AGM have ignored countless emails requesting a refund for an accidental double purchase. I have not used the licence purchased in error and despite informing them in time for a refund all my emails have been ignored.

Scammed out of $59.00 this morning, no download, no email confirmation and no live assistant even though it claims to be live. Avoid

This is a Scam. I ordered on 09/08/24 and received nothing.
Why are they still allowed to trade

This company is a scam to steal money from customers. Software not compatible with the serial number, they do not respond to emails and turn off the chat after we say that the software is not working.

Don't buy anything here, you will lose your money.

Could not activate license after downloading, tried numerous times. Live chat closed, did reply the next day, asking me to screenshot. Then had to wait another 24 hours for reply, still did not work Have asked for refund but no reply.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased what was advertised as Microsoft Office 2024 for Personal/Business use. What I received was the Commercial preview package which is not intended for personal use. I have since discovered Office 2024 for personal use has not even been released yet.! I emailed and left a message on their chat. ( Incidentally their chat is supposed to be 24/7 and not once have I found it to be active ) I have not received a reply. Fortunately I paid by credit card so have managed to recoup my money through their diputes route. I am usually very careful about where I purchase items from but their website is very professional and shows some very good reviews and also states they are a Microsoft Partner. How did I fall for it!

I purchased an office pack before starting a new job, where I thought it was requested. My new job provided me with an office pack the next day, so I never activated the licens key or opens anything that I received from Agm software. 2 days after my purchase, I requeated to make use of the 14 days return policy to get my money back, in complete alignment with their own return policy. I have had no answer. So, again I wrote, both on the live chat, email etc. I have not received any answer, and it is soon 14 days ago. I doubt they will ever answer or uphold their agreement to return the purchase. If not, this will be taken into affect with a lawsuit according to marketing principles.
