Update: They responded within 24 hours via email (shop @agm-software.com) and advised me to update the Microsoft app to version 16.86. After following their instructions and reinstalling the validator pack, the activation was successful.

Previous review: I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 and followed the provided instructions to download and install it, but I encountered a "No license found" error during activation. I reached out to Microsoft through their chat and phone support, and despite extensive troubleshooting, including uninstalling and reinstalling the software, the activation issue remained unresolved. Microsoft indicated that AGM Software might be a fraudulent company.

I attempted to contact AGM Software via email and forwarded the message from Microsoft, which confirmed that the product could not be activated and recommended requesting a refund. Despite their website's guarantee of a refund if the product cannot be activated, AGM Software has refused to issue a refund.

As a result, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from AGM Software. It would be better to opt for an annual subscription directly with Microsoft.

Product is defective! McAfee Antivirus rejecting program - warning it is infected. Company REFUSES to issue refund - RUN AWAY!!!

I ordered Microsoft Office 2024 Home and Business lifetime license for my Macbook (order # 2202770845) and I am unable to install it. Nothing works, I tried and tried again. They sent me instructions to uninstall the program and clean the Office pack registry and I followed the steps to the letter. I did that many times and it still doesn’t work. I am really fed up. I asked many times for a refund and I don’t get any answers from them. I will NEVER order from them again. I WANT A REFUND.

I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 subscription for my MacBook. I could not activate this and despite emailing the team, the issue was not resolved. I have requested cancellation and refund and no one is answering my email anymore. I think this is an online scam!!!

Complete scam!!! I didn’t receive a product key and no help from them.

Doesn't work. They sent me 2 links but when I install the kit it keeps asking me for the activation key.
Even if they say that they are online 24/24 7/7, when I tried to text them, they had the away message till next day. Not a trustful company.

I bought a one-time purchase Microsoft 365 aka Microsoft Office 2024 last Thursday and got a key (suppose a shared key). It works perfectly, although it‘s an upgrade of Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 Preview from Microsoft Office 2021 Professionnel Plus. I‘d rate AGM Software 4 out of 5.

This company is a total fraud and scammer. Do not have any dealings with them. They are scammers as many before me have found out as well. On 2 May I bought Microsoft Office 2021 - an email that was supposed to have an activation code enclosed. It never did and despite many efforts to get my money back - £89.99 - they don't respond at all. Pity they are based abroad otherwise they would be getting a visit from me.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! i ordered a copy of Office from AGM and received a download link and activation code. I downloaded the program as per their instructions but the activation code did not work! I got an error message telling me the code was for a version of the program that was ":region restricted". Efforts to rectify the situation with AGM have been totally unsuccessful and a request for a refund of the purchase price has Gone unheard. I had removed the illegal version of the program from my system and was unable to provide the requested screen shot. I returned the installation instructions and activation code for AGM to verify for itself that the the program could not be activated, but they have proven themselves totally uncooperative. I am beginning to conclude that this was no innocent error but that I was scammed. I want my money back!!!.

SCAM! Very bad service, recently I purchased two licenses of Microsoft Office 2024 based in the description of the produt that explian that the license will be linked to my Microsoft Account. I checked this after purchase the license but this is not true, and a person of AGM software confirmed this. I asked for a return and told me that it is not possible and close the support chat.

In addition the 2024 version is the same of 2021, I purchased tu2 2024 version and I received the 2021 version.

I am still wiating a solution for that. This company is not relaiable.

Since reading the response from AGM, the link they sent has worked and I now have fully functioning Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

I ordered the Microsoft Office 2024 package and, after payment, received an activation key and link to install the 2021 version. But even worse ... the download link doesn't work and the link to chat with customer service doesn't work either.

The company advertise with selling MS office for Mac 2024 for app. 100 USD. But the download you get is for MS office 2021. When asking for a refund, the company gives all kinds of bad excuses, that this is a life time version and other nonsens. Comparing prices, AGM turns out to be by far the most expensive software reseller, charging app. 50% more than others. So - advice is to stay away, as their cancellation terms are also bogus! I was told they could not return my money, even though reaching out to them immediately after the purchase. If you want quality service, do not use these scammers!

SCAM! Cold, unhelpful, bought the 2019 Office package. The licence wasn't be recognised. This is the message I got:
Your Office 2019 licence is not supported with this version of the application.

So I'm not able to edit, or write using Word at all.
I've spoken to the Microsoft Team, and they confirmed the product could not be used.

By a mistake on their website I bought MS office 2019 instead of 2024. I asked them to exchange the license immediately. But the only response was that I ordered the wrong license and they wouldn't do anything.

I decided to install the 2019 software, but the license wasn't recognized by Microsoft.
I asked for help from the chat, but no response.

I uninstalled the complete software and installed it again, and again the same story.
I asked for help, but now the chat was closed. But how is that possible? They advertise the chat is open 24/7?!

At the website they show a picture of a trustpilot review of 4,5 stars. But that's just a picture and not clickable.

I think, I have to buy the license again. But not at AGM. That's for sure!!

Paid - never delivered

I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 with a 50% off coupon code (msoffice) for $45.00. I downloaded the software and the license key and it worked perfectly. No problems at all. Very happy. I was worried after reading the reviews, but everything works perfectly.

Purchased Office for Mac 2021. Product wouldn't install. Tech support was useless and just sent me the longest list of steps to undertake. Purchased elsewhere as I had to get this sorted. Tech Support is not 24/7 and they do not respond to your emails! Buy elsewhere! Bank charge back, here we go!
