I wanted to purchase a Mac Office suite, apparently I made a mistake and bought the windows version. I immediately wrote back.

the person telling me "she's the boss" told me it was my mistake, no refund possible.

I asked for a an exception as I literally JUST BOUGHT the product ans she coldly asked me what I dont see in the fact that it was my mistake.

I asked how may I leave a review for this customer service and she told me to find it myself, so I did.

I would give zero stars .
I paid for Microsoft word for Mac 2019 . Downloaded and installed it . But could not activate it .” No licence found “ error kept coming up . Contacted Microsoft by chat and phone . They went through all the troubleshooting , uninstalled and installed , but could not activate it . Microsoft said this company is probably a scam company . I could only contact agm-software via email . Forwarded email from Microsoft, saying that they could not activate , and that I should request a refund from Agm-software . They are refusing to refund me , even though on their website , if the product can’t be activated , they say the customer can get a refund . I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AGM-SOFTWARE .

It's a great product for a great price, if you go to Microsoft it costs min EUR 67 per year...

I had some issues with the installation and after reading some of the Trustpilot reviews here, I got very concerned I might have been scammed. But no reason to panic! I got help right away from Emma via the chat, who helped me through the process patiently.

After uninstalling the old MS Office package correctly and removing the licenses, it worked :)!
I only give 4 stars because the uninstallation instructions and the link to the removing license package I got from Emma would have been VERY useful in the order confirmation!

So for everyone who is concerned, just ask for help in the chat, this is no scam! And yeah this is a real review written by a real person ;)

I received my product key but it does not work!!! I have tried to contact AGM through live chat which is unavailable. I cannot find any other means of contact for this company.

As many have mentioned before, it is a rip off. We are paying for 2024 Office as per their advertisement but received a 2021 Office Activation Key through email. Felt cheated and scammed. Requesting for cancelling of order/ or refund from them but no response from Live Chat yet after several attempts. Stay away from this website if you do not want to be in our unhappy situation.

The company claim to be a Microsoft solutions provider yet when I sent them a load of screen dumps (as requested) they claim not have received them even after a second attempt yet when sent in a separate email they get them! Ive asked for a refund as I cannot download a bought copy of office 2019 ( proof sent to suppliers) they then stated I need to contact Microsoft to resolve the issue

I Googled the latest version of Microsoft Office. Up came your/AGM's-Software advertisement for Microsoft Office version 2024. Here is your/AGM's exact heading at the top of the page of my search, "Microsoft Office 2024 - Office 2024 Ready-to-Download" I could see it was twice the cost of the offers for the 2021 version, but I wanted to be bang up to date as I had just purchased a 2024 Macbook. So instead of costing £44.99 (there were even cheaper options), it was a hair under £90! There was an option of 15% off when subscribing to their newsletter (and who knows what else, only time will tell), which I took up, so paid £76.49, which was still £31.50 more than I needed to pay.

Once I had paid, up came a message saying I had purchased, "Microsoft Office 2021 (PC/Mac) × 1".

I went on to the chat line on the same page asking, how is it I clicked on purchasing the 2024 version of Microsoft Office for Mac, and I end up with Microsoft Office 2021 version. The reply was as follows; "This is the correct version, it is version 2021 with updates for 2024, the last update was last week. It is therefore the very latest and ultimate version of Office."

Anyone could, and doubtless does, as I would do, click on Automatic Updates and have those updates for free. I regularly update to keep everything running smoothly. The 2021 version, does not become the 2024 version just because AGM does regular updates like I could do. The 2024 version of Microsoft Office will have new bells & whistles. I feel deceived, and embarrassed for trusting the advert heading. I didn't recognise this as false advertising until after I had paid. When immediately asking if I could please have a refund, I was told no refund available. I had clicked 'Agree', or similar, on the way to making the purchase. I was careless in thinking I was being told the absolute truth when reading; "Microsoft Office 2024 - Office 2024 Ready-to-Download".

So, I guess I am just warning you, that if you are as trusting as me, please think twice, as you can get the exact same thing for a great deal less where no one is trying to deceive you.

To top it all off, I followed the download instructions and received a message to say that the download was successful. There is no sign of any MS Office suite anywhere on my new laptop. I've been into finder, applications, etc., nothing at all. So I've asked the same helpline what I should do as I see no sign of a download beyond AGM-Softwares message to say the download was successful. Guess what, no one is replying now, hardly surprising.

I have been a mac user for 29 years. I taught MS Office Suite from the 1995 version and up, when it had gone into the domestic setting. As soon as there was a version available for the mac, I have used MS Office on my Mac desktops & laptops. This is the first time I have been unable to complete such a download.

Frustrating, to say the very least, and feeling like a fool for being taken in. I have only ever written 3 reviews, two of them were positive.

Rip off. Advertised Office 2024 pro plus and I paid for it. Got the Email and it was office 2021 (already have). Queried it in the 'chat' facility and basically told it's tough luck as I'd already paid. Beware, this is false advertising at best and fraud. I have started a claim with my credit card company to reclaim the payment.

I purchased Office 2021 but never received my product keys. It did download to my computer, but many features don't work. Asked multiple times for the product keys, but they refused to provide them.

AGME in customer support are excellent. They helped me with everything I needed to get the product properly installed. The staff that attends you in the chat are very attentive, friendly, -Emma and Antoi, thank you so much-, patient, help you until you achieve what you need. I actually recommend AGM, it's an excellent company. I was very satisfied with their services.

Careful! Scam! The website advertises products they don't have! If you order Microsoft Office 2024 you get Office 2021 (just more expensive). Contacting them is pointless. They don't reply.

I recently bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 for two PC at $59.49 from AGM Software. The experience was very positive and I am extremely pleased. The installation per AGM instructions went smoothly. The first PC activated per instructions. I had an issue with second activation but using their live chat with Emma I received the instructions to quickly solve my problem. I also bought a license for Windows 10 that also installed and activated successfully. I was initially skeptical but now very happy with the value of the purchase and their excellent help. I ordered Office 2024, but received Office 2021. I'm very disappointed, in this company. I fell for their false advertising, which leaves me feeling scammed.

SCAM!!! They advertise MS Office 2024, but when you purchase what you get is MS Office 2021!! So called '24/7 Live Chat' is closed, so can't contact them. Be warned!!!

Bought Office 2024 but received a code for 2021.
Installation worked, office runs fine, but it's not the version they advertise on the website.
So far no response from 'live' chat that is not online.

Today, 22 Feb 2024, I placed an order for 1 qty x Office 2024 Professional Plus (2 Installation) @ $112.99 + 15% Discount = S$96.04. I thought it was a good deal. But, immediately, after I had made payment, I received a message saying:
"The activation key(s) are displayed below, along with the download links and instructions.

Microsoft Office 2021 (PC/Mac)
Code#1: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX ( Download link 64 bits - Download link 32 bits)".

As you can see from the above, what they sent to me was a totally different Office version from the one that I had ordered. It wasn't that I had made a mistake by ordering the wrong Office version. Absolutelly, that's not the case at all.

Nonetheless, it seemed to me that the seller in this case (AGM Software) had unscrupulously employed the "Bait and Switch" scam tactic.

As soon as I discovered the discrepancy in the product that they sent to me, I wrote them an email highlighting the discrepancy (in bold letters) in their delivery. Guess what? They feigned ignorance, and remained oblivious to the complaint in my email.

And moment later, they sent me an email but only with instructions to install the Microsoft Office 2021 (which is the wrong product). There was nothing mentioned to address my complaint about the discrepancy.

When you paid for a genuine product like Office 2024 Suite, you should be getting what you paid for and nothing less.

So people, BEWARE! I have warned you.

P.S. At the time of writing this comments, Microsoft has not officially announced the release date of Office 2024 Suite.

Web site has no phone numbers and address but owner was responsive and returned my emails in a timely manner and fix the set up issues.

I ordered the wrong version of Microsoft 365 by mistake. I asked to refund and reorder the correct one. Simple answer was no! They offered a 'discount' on the app I needed, but would still have been more than the list price. EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL when asked for help and understanding, as I had admitted it was my error. Disappointed that the vendor wouldn’t offer a refund.
