AGM Software 

Like so many others have said. This is a SCAM. I have responded to the live chat that isn't live 4 times with no response. The code to unlock was invalid. Like the old saying goes if the deal looks to good to be true it probably IS. They tell us to reach out to the shop @agm for help but of course that doesnt work either!!!!

I got the office 2024 bundle from this company and it didn’t work. I got few responses from them about what to do to make it work as apparently the issue was due to the office version I already had installed. I followed all the steps and unfortunately it didn’t work. Still didn’t get my refund and they are now unresponsive! So save your money, get an office subscription instead- at least you know what you’re getting. At least you won’t have to do with sending million emails.

They have sold me corrupted Microsoft Office.
I have contacted them twice during the last 10 days, ZERO response, including to my request for a refund.
Their Live Chat is permanently closed and that's the only way to contact them, all you can do is send them a message via the live chat and they never answer.

I had a question about the installation and I got quick support and exactly to the point

I purchased Windows11 software and on the first instalment I recognized it was a fake serial number that was given to me when I tried to do a validation sent me a message it is already used in an other computer!

I bought Microsoft Office from here and was apprehensive given the scams going around nowadays. This certainly was a new way of doing things, being used to the old school way of buying where the product key was in the cover or provided by email. I bought the product and had a few questions.
Where they say their live chat is available 24/7 I asked an agent called ‘Emma’ a series of questions. Whilst a few were answered she abruptly ended the session showing she was not interested in answering anything else. Yes I may have been annoying but this was new to me and I could have done with the support instead of live chat saying they are closed and unavailable. Which company stops trading at 16.19 during a weekday? Obviously she knew I bought the product which I found odd because I did not tell her I bought it. She knew what I thought too which again I found strange. Overall the product and key was faultless and works well. My only problem was they marketed office 2021 as office 2024 saying that with the updates it becomes office 2024 which I felt a little cheated by. If I had known this I would have bought office 2021 plus which includes Access and publisher which could be useful in the future. I was trying to get this point across to the live agent and she shut me off the chat. I think if you ask too many questions they block your email from live chat so you always see them as offline.

Downloaded and activated immediately. No complaints.

One wonders about the risk of buying software online like this. We looked at the reviews and were concerned. Eventually we decided to take the chance after reading their background on the website. When the activation key first failed we started worrying, but after sending them a query, they quickly resolved the license issue within a day. Very good experience, thank you.

Awesome, great price plus a promo code discount, easy purchase and install, minutes later I was working on an excel file and saved over $80.

After hours with Microsoft tech support, I discover that the key AGM sold me doesn't work - it has already reached its activation limits. The only resolution is via AGM's supposed "24/7" live chat, which is 24/7 closed.

I read all the negative reviews but decided to give AGM the benefit of doubt, and it definitely paid off for me, I’ve nothing but positive comments about how simple the process was, and the cheapest available.

In my original review I gave an unfavorable review. I'm updating that review to a much more favorable review. I was able to get in touch with AGM'S customer service. They were extremely helpful and they were very patient with and resolved my problem and had me up and running. The software Microsoft Access was a great price.

Do not touch this company. Software was bought but the code is faulty. I have contacted customer er services on multiple occasions abs still await my first reply - appalling!

Quality prices and easy procedure to install later the payment (almost immediately).

Beside at the moment that i've done my payment there wasn't Paypal as method, it was very simple and i was very satify to buy a license for Microsoft 365 Office (original obiviously).

For my experience i absolutely suggest them.
(i take time also for write this because i was very very satisfied).

I made a one-off purchase of Microsoft Office for use on a new laptop. When the motherboard on my new laptop failed in 6 weeks, I was provided with a refund. I then purchased a new laptop and went to install Microsoft Office, however the product key would not work. I approached AGM who advised by email that I needed to uninstall it off the other laptop. Even after I explained the situation multiple times, they continued to state that I was obligated to uninstall if from the laptop which was now not working.

After much back and forth with multiple attempts at explaining the situation I was advised by email:

"If you buy a car, you break it a few months or a year later, you go to your seller and say, I broke it, give me a new car? It's the same thing".

Despite the fact that the terms and conditions do NOT state any obligation to uninstall before reinstalling (which I provided proof of) the company refused to provide assistance stating:

"I have no obligation to do so.

And I don't like your threats.

And it is in no way marked that you have the right to the license without having uninstalled the old one, just show a little logic.

And you should have just uninstalled in error-free mode or asked that we do it for you or take out the warranty or notify us beforehand.
You didn't do any of this.

So you will have nothing..."

I will be reporting this to my credit card company as believe the company has breached their own terms and conditions of sale. In addition, the company staff member that responded to my request for assistance was extremely unprofessional. I am happy to provide a full transcript of all emails in this matter that demonstrate this.

I couldn't ask for anything better, with regards to the help I received to be honest.

Great discount on Office 2023. Downloaded fine and is registered with Microsoft. (Yes, it is the 2023 version, once the updates installed. And I don't know what those comments re scamming etc relate to – all good here!)

Wish I had read the reviews. Licence does nor work and not recognised by Microsoft. It it really a Microsoft partner then not sure do not buy it is a rip off. 7/24 support not true contact them it closes down. Report to everyone have advised site to be blacklisted Keep away from this potential scam
