My query was complex as I have three pets covered but Jennifer was so helpful and took the time to explain the problem. She then went away and sorted it and got back to me within a couple of days. She was so helpful and I really appreciated the refund as well. Thank you!

I can't compare it to others because this is the first time I have taken out pet insurance, but I found the website easy to use. I put 4 stars for that reason as I have nothing else to go on... yet.

Submitting a claim
I wanted advice on whether to submit a claim and found the member of staff who dealt with my call to be very friendly and helpful, talking me through the process and reassuring me that even in the event that the claim was not successful that it wouldn’t count against me or impact my premium at renewal

Easy to navigate website
Finding a company with a comprehensive website, simple, understandable instructions, easy to navigate and so far no hidden clauses.
Will be interesting to see how well it operates should I ever need to make a claim.

Not a great experience
We had to change our breed to a mixed breed which was difficult as you have to wait ages to get through to speak with customer service. They then came back and put the premium up by over £30 a month!
So all other insurers were £42 a month and they then wanted £73 a month.
