great product, awesome service
I ordered a IM 10-S-10V dough spiral mixer.
It arrived very quickly with international delivery. The product is awesome, built like a tank and works like a dream.
The speed potentiometer was damaged on transport, AgriEuro very quickly shipped a replacement, at no extra cost.

Really nice company to deal with. Delivery took a while but they answered my emails promptly. The mixer that I bought is absolutely brilliant. It's made a massive difference to my business. Great quality build and it feels like it'll last a long time.

Solid product and excellent price and service
The wood chipper we ordered was a bit of a gamble we thought as normally we like to see what we are about to purchase. Especially when spending a decent some of money. However the product seems excellent. We have used it quite extensively now without fault or issue. Delivery was prompt and we were kept well informed of delivery progress. All in all any worry were unfounded and I can recumbent with the company and the product we bought.

Bought a lawnmower 2weeks ago.firstime purchase so was worried would all go well.seems it did delivery takes nearly 2 weeks that's fine as it has a long way to come Ireland.tracking is a bit weird as a few different couriers. vanessa was great dunno how they do free delivery.all in all was happy with agri euro and would buy again.thanks again vanessa for a job well done. five stars.

After a minor miscommunication initially, I found the customer service to be great. Very quick and positive responses received. I ordered a large petrol chipper which arrived when promised, by professional courier who delivered product on a pallet. Everything in perfect order. I will shop here again with confidence.

A very bad experience
A very bad experience. Agrieuro have no concept of what good customer service looks like. They are only interested in minimising their losses when things go wrong. Luigi in particular was particularly disappointing. I wasted 2 days stuck in my house waiting on a delivery that didn't happen. A simple email or phone call to let me know my requested delivery date wouldn't be met would have avoided this. When it was delivered, the tractor had a burst tyre. Not the fault of Agrieuro, but the trouble it took me getting THEM to repair it was painful. Luigi thought I could either just blow it up myself or replace the wheel myself. I had to really insist that they resolve the issue. Only when I insisted and threatened to have a full refund did they make arrangements. I then lost more days before it was repaired meaning I got no use of it working during my time in Portugal. I had to delay my flight hone waiting on the engineer and the rescheduled flights cost me a fortune. Agrieuro were not interested in my financial losses. Very poor service.

Let us firstly say that your complaints are extremely inappropriate as well as offensive with regards to our behaviour and the speedy support you received to solve the problem to the machine delivered. In no case and in no sentence on the website we are stating that customer receives the parcel at a certain day. International couriers can have delays in transferring parcels in their depots and arranging deliveries but it goes beyond our responsibility. Apart from this delay of which we apologized, you received a ride on mower with a burst tyre. From the pictures you sent us with your first message in the assistance ticket the damage wasn’t visible therefore the technician in charge of your assistance ticket, Luigi, kindly asked you to send more pictures showing the damage. Luigi has never asked to replace the wheel by yourself but since you had a flight in the following days, he proposed to get it repaired from a trusted mechanic to speed up the resolution of the problem. We would warmly remind you that you purchased the machine online, and not from a local shop with local support. Despite this, in only 1 day, Luigi and a Portuguese speaking operator succeeded in finding a local tyre specialist who could fix the tyre and the following business day you had it repaired (moreover, even though we do not have a Portuguese website we are also able to provide support in Portuguese, I wonder how many e-commerce companies you know that can offer this service when needed). Therefore, Mr. Watkins, this is totally unacceptable that you continue to argue and insult our operator and customer service. We would warmly invite you to read again the written assistance ticket and please avoid discrediting the operators who provided you with all the possible assistance within the deadline you asked.
