We regret a lot for this inconvenience. Once you singalled us that the lance was missing in the parcel, we immediately asked for a replacing one to the manufacturing company. Unfortunately, every producer has it own waiting times. Once you got the lance, you signalled us that a connector was missing and we immediately checked with the producer. Unfortunately this does not depend on us but on the manufacturing company, but we here to provide you with all assistance to guarantee a functioning machine.
As explained in the assistance ticket, since you have bought the connector locally to immediately solve the situation, we are proposing you a discount coupon that you can freely use on our website for future purchases of spare parts or machines. Ordered a stiga 6102 hw estate ride on…

Ordered a stiga 6102 hw estate ride on mower on 25th March. It was delivered to my door in Northern Ireland 10 days later complete with trailer, towbar, etc all as advertised. Communication with Agrieuro was excellent. I had e mailed a couple of enquiries and had replys within the hour. Would have no hesitation in buying here again

Delivery time was about 10 days

Delivery time was about 10 days, which I was able to track. The ride-on was well packed on the pallet, everything sorted to exact detail. There wasn't even a washer missing. The handbooks were easy to follow, though you will have to factor in some time for assembly of seat and rear collection basket. However I was impressed with the build quality of the Stiga and all it's corresponding parts. I can't think of anything negative in the whole purchase.

I got the machine but its not working

I got the machine but its not working, the plug does not give any spark. I emailed customer service day ago and situation remains unsolved, not really happy especially that I was going to buy small dumper with you guys.

Vendono prodotti guasti

I bought a battery charger and it arrived not in working order, I was told to bring it to one of their assistance centre,I brought it and the technician told me it must have got knocked about while in transit, but now the company insist In having it repaired which will take over 3 weeks. My advice if you have to buy something here in Italy go to your local shop, you save time and money at the end of the day.
Has anybody used a solicitor with this company, we have got some consumer rights even in Italy?

Lei da noi ha acquistato UN SOLO prodotto, che ha effettivamente rivelato dei problemi. Si tratta di un prodotto made in Italy e realizzato da uno dei marchi tra i più affermati sul mercato.

Il problema è stato sottoposto all'azienda produttrice e da questa ci è stato detto di invitarla a rivolgersi al centro di assistenza a lei più vicino, perché la loro politica è appunto quella di fornire assistenza attraverso i propri centri autorizzati.

Siamo spiacenti che il suo articolo abbia avuto problemi, ma le possiamo assicurare che si tratta di un caso eccezionale, non della regola, come il commento da lei riportato potrebbe lasciar intendere.

Product ok, but...

Product ok, multi-multi review requests with no unsubscribe option. It doesn't matter that I filled out their form telling them this. I have blocked them and will never vist them again.

Refused To Supply The Missing Pieces On My €486 Order

The €486 brushcutter order was received missing some small pieces to allow me fully assemble it. Asked AgriEuro to send the few missing nuts. They said they could not do that as they did not have any & I should go to a hardware store and buy them. They offered a discount coupon against further purchases. I replied that I wanted my order completed and despite repeated requests they refused stating each time that they don't have the missing bits (nuts) and that I should purchase them myself and that offering a discount voucher against a further purchase was all that they would offer. Disgraceful product support.

horrible service

have ordered a wood chipper in april 2018 after numerous calls it arrived 2 months later we were told 2 weeks.it also arrived with a cracked hydraulic valve making it unuseable . after sending pictures ,serial no information,emails every week ! no replacement parts ! excuses too many to list it is now 12/2/2018 receiving nothing but excuses !do not buy from this corporation .they have done nothing but play games !

Old product sold as new

Last month i buyed a new air compressor, the product that arrived home was produced in 2014 and was full of dirt and dust. I asked Agrieuro's customer service to solve the issue but they did absolutely nothing! Terrible experience!

Your customer service told me that I had to return the product at my expenses (air compressor price: 120€, had to spend 32€ to return it to you). I saved a copy of the support ticket, but I'm sure that if you search your database you can find it.

It is not acceptable that you sell a 4 year old product as new and in that bad conditions (see pictures on support ticket). Instead of providing assistance you simply told me that I had to return it at my expenses without even trying to solve the issue!!! It's clearly not Filippo's fault because you are writing the same things he told me about the 14 day directive bla bla bla. I expected a much better service from a company like Agrieuro!

We all know that you have acted according to the right of withdrawal!!! The point is that you have sold an obsolete, devalued product at full price! A 4 year old compressor with signs of rust and oxidation is not worth as much as an identical compressor produced, for instance, a year ago. That's it! Have a nice day!

Nothing too much trouble

I ordered a replacement spray gun which when I received it was the wrong part. I telephoned the after sales department. There is a choice of language and a free phone number. The person I spoke to gave me his email address and I emailed the problem. He was extremely helpful and sorted my problem. Within 24 hours the replacement part was on route from the carrier and of course I was not charged. Excellent after sales service.
