Really easy booking process & the cheapest I could find. WhatsApp’d the driver/company as soon as we landed & they were already on their way, send live location& picked us up straight away. Brand new Mercedes EQC which was lovely. Exactly the same on the return journey to the airport. Can’t fault one aspect would 100% use again! Thank you.

Both drivers were very helpful and polite. On the way out there the driver was telling us about the history and gave us recommendations of places to visit with our children that would be cooler. Like the Seven Springs which we visited and had a fantastic time.

Collected at airport and transferred to Pattaya and returned. Communication excellent through e mail and what’s app. Driver punctual and polite. Would definitely recommend service.

Best car transportation service ever. Got to St. Lucia and didn’t even have to wait much to get a driver. Our vehicle was upgraded so we had more room. No extra charge. I would like to shout out Sheldon for all the great conversation and information he gave us. If I come back I would love to request him if he’s still there. 10/10 service. Thank you again!

Transport was reliable and on time. I liked the fact that we could postpone the time of pick up once we found out our flight was delayed. Very uncomplicated. Communication could be a little better/friendlier.
I really didn't like that the way our one year old traveled was totally unsafe. Drivers didn't know how to install the baby seats, car seemed not to be right for these seats so that our child sat loose and in the event of an accident, the child would have been thrown across the entire car because it was impossible to buckle the child into the seat itself or to secure the child seat to the vehicle's seat. The child seats were ancient. We found it very cheeky to charge an extra €16 for this. We were particularly annoyed because the main reason for booking a private transfer was to ensure our child traveled safely.

Shocking service. Booked a minibus for a large family group, all seemed ok until a no show at collection time. Phoned driver contact who said he'd told them the day before he couldn't do it, quickly phoned the supervisor who said he'd check and get back to me , but didn't and phone went to voicemail thereafter as did the main 'emergency contact' number. Ended up gabbing two local taxis and nearly missing the flight. Appalling customer care, avoid and use a trusted local service
