Used this company for a return transfer in Rhodes (My Rhodes Deluxe Travel) - we was delayed and had an issue with luggage, driver was informed but he left the airport just before the 1 hour allowance was up and was nowhere to be seen. He sent a txt saying he cant wait all night, family of 5 just left at airport, vile attitude! DONT BOOK - return transfer was even worst and didn't happen! says you can amend your booking (enough time given) - BUT YOU CANT!

Had lots of confirmations/reminders for trip to reassure you (in another country that you’re not familiar with) that trip was booked & confirmed.

Also drivers name & registration number of vehicle provided extra reassurances and more importantly driver was on time and price was in line with other companies.

Overall I cannot fault, so very pleased.

Brilliant service - all details were confirmed by email and WhatsApp. I needed to amend my return journey a day before and did this easily over WhatsApp with no hassle - highly recommended

Greeted at the Paris airport by our driver. He was very pleasant and engaging. He pointed out some highlights on our way to our hotel. Would definitely use their services again.

The taxi was there straight away when we entered the arrivals at Lanzarote airport,nice easy process to get us to our destination,there was only 4 of us and had a mini bus too ourselves it was great.great price,was on time,decent vehicle..great taxi service,would definately recommend

Whilst the driver himself was a nice guy, the hour journey both ways was some of the sketchiest driving I’ve ever experienced. Couple that with the air con not working, we all couldn’t wait to get out the car.

Smooth and efficient on booking and arrival. However, the driver had mechanical and traffic problems on the return journey, and communication was poor, resulting in a long wait.
Company did quickly refund the unused portion

Booking was easy and quick. Communication from booking through to guidance on car pickup was great. Driver was in contact as soon as my phone picked up a local signal and was waiting as we left arrivals hall. Driver helped my wife with her luggage and was polite and efficient. Car was very comfortable.

Perfect start to finish. Both drivers were early with water and very friendly. Both cars were immaculate. I would definitely recommend and will book again next time

The drivers were on time and made the journey very smooth and easy for us. No waiting around, no delays, no communication issues, it was smooth and easy. The drivers were friendly and even allowed us to stop to get some food and drinks as we landed so late into Crete. Very happy and satisfied. Will defiantly book again when in Crete.

Terrible company I booked a minivan for my family coming back from abroad due to disruptions on the airlines part the flight was rescheduled at the counter desk when I asked taxi transfer to reschedule for the next day at first they asked me to pay 10 pound more when I said I should not have to pay through no fault of my own they said too short notice under 24 hours no drivers available and no refund I still refuse to believe that there were a lack of drivers for the next day I even pleaded to them to book a driver for the next day as I will be out of pocket still no sympathy just took my money over a 100 pound no refund and I still received a email the next day asking for a review stay away from this company they have disastrous bad reviews

The service was excellent. Communication was reassuring and clear. Good arrangements in advance for flight tracking and pickup. Texts on arrival to confirm exact details. A spotless vehicle expertly driven by our driver Kitti, who was friendly and polite but also knew to let us travel in peace without chatting as we were tired from an early morning flight. The convenience and comfort of this transfer was worth every penny (or Florint!).

Our driver was waiting at the airport for us with a sign - very easy to locate him. The driver was welcoming and very hospitable, assisting us with our bags and getting us safely into the waiting car.
The driver was safe on the road, got us to our drop off point without any issues, and assisted us with getting into the hotel reception with our bags.
