I have used this service several times. The cars always arrive on time, good communication, pleasant drivers, comfortable cars.

We had a return airport transfer from Tirana airport, to our hotel on the outskirts of Tirana city. Both drivers were on time and it is a reliable service to use. Recommend

Brilliant service from start to finish

Booking was very easy. Pick ups both ends were on time. The driver to our accomadation was lovely. Unfortunately the driver on the way back was not as friendly and was taking and making calls on two phones for the duration, which is not safe, especially as we were travelling with children.

Easy to book and make changes online and the drivers were friendly and approachable.

Used this firm on a recent trip to New York. In good faith booked a 14 seater bus to collect a group of us from JFK to our final destination, collection was requested for a flight arriving at around 10:15pm. What transpired was nothing short of shambolic. They proceeded to send 3 unlicensed 'taxis' which were there at least 30 mins before our flight arrived. They didn't factor in any time for us to get through border control. The 'taxis' then left saying their free time had expired and left 14 of us stranded at JFK.

Avoid this crowd at all costs.

This is my second time using Airports Taxi Transfers , I would highly recommend this Transfer service! Really is the best around, always arrives 5 / 10 minutes earlier then scheduled pick up and a friendly driver anytime we have used this service. Would definitely be using them in the future!

Be careful booking an Airport Taxi Transfer in Lisbon, as the driver turns up when the plane lands and waits 45 minutes only, which isn't enough time to negotiate taxi to terminal, bus to terminal, passport control, and the long walk to baggage reclaim.
You could be left stranded in the airport, and will have to pay for another taxi, and possibly not get a refund.

Very comfortable journey for my family with a little pit stop along the way for refreshments. Driver was very friendly!

We booked an airport transfer. The driver messaged us a few hours before arrival, stating he will be late and he was our driver.

Once we arrived at the airport, the driver messaged us saying he will be 15 mins. 45 mins later he still wasn’t there.

During this time we had another person call and text us, he was very adamant he was our taxi driver, and he was extremely stern via messages demanding we tell him where we were. He then followed us around the airport with my WhatsApp profile picture on his phone, and wouldn’t leave us alone

We called the driver that was actually picking us up and he said he will be 5 mins, he’s just turning into the airport.

In the end we decided not to go with either of these taxis that turned up, and had to fork out 150€ for another airport taxi to take us instead, as we were massively concerned for our safety.

The driver was excellent in terms of contacting us and was at our address 10
mins earlier.
The driving was not so good, impatient and at times going really fast, when the overtaking felt a bit unnecessary.

Fast, reliable, excellent service.
Our driver Francesca was on time, very friendly…service with a smile.
Had an amazingly smooth drive to Tropea. Francesca went above and beyond to let us know different areas along the way. Will definitely be using this wonderful company again upon my return to Italy.

Used for transfers to and from Tokyo Cruise Terminal. Excellent drivers who arrived early and used Whatsapp to show exactly where to meet. Cars had luxury wide leather seats so really comfortable.

The company cancelled our transfer for 10 people, 4 hours before we were due to fly out. They offered no support in finding an alternative and we were left struggling to find alternative arrangements which cost treble our original booking.

Our ride was punctual, courteous and a very good driver. The car was immaculate and comfortable. I highly recommend this service.

They were great with communications prior to the transfers. The drivers themselves were great, get there with plenty of time, contact you to let you know where they’ll be and help with bags etc. would 100% use these again!

Simple and easy booking process, kept upto date with info on our return transfer from Malaga airport to our villa. Had emails and WhatsApp messages the day before confirming our driver and pickup time and location. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely fantastic service for our journeys to and from Heathrow Airport. The driver was punctual, friendly and professional, and the car was clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything ran smoothly, which made travelling with the children and all our luggage so much less stressful. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was reassuring knowing we had reliable transport waiting for us after a long flight home. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!

2nd year of using the company and again, everything was smooth. Booking on the website was easy, the communication from the company was good, the collection and drop off, both at the airport and in resort was on time (early) and easy. Price was reasonable and cheaper in comparison to local taxis. I would definitely recommend airport taxi transfers!
