Airtel employees are doing fraud and misbehaving with their customers so Why we choose airtel,

I'm using airtel for the past 10 years so I buy a new airtel airfiber Connection Aug 2025 but due to their bed services and products quality, I have no choice to uninstall the connection with in one month but I pay for 3.5 months before the connection (2500Rs) and now today is March 2026 i'm still fight form my money

During this scenario I visited the airtel store multiple times and the story manager told me "do anything we do not give your money". So try to reach TRI but also helpless.

So please don't buy Airtel product
Because it's a fraud company

completed the KYC 4 times.

I have completed the KYC for my number 4 times and still keeps sending me messages to copleate my KYC. When I call customer service The foolish AI keeps telling me the KYC is not required but can't do anything about it and not transferring to a Human.

I have taken a loan through airtel finance

I have taken a loan through airtel finance in 2023 and closed the loan in 2024, but even now the loan is shown as open in airtel thanks app. Airtel provided this loan through moneyview. I will not recommend airtel finance.

Long delay on Airtel SIM activation

I recently attempted to convert my Airtel physical SIM to an eSIM on my mobile. However, I received the QR code only after 4 hours, and during that time, my number became blocked. When I contacted customer care, I was advised to visit an Airtel store and obtain a new physical SIM by providing my ID proof.

I submitted my ID documents and received a new SIM in November 2025, but despite multiple follow‑ups, the SIM was not activated. Eventually, only the SMS service was activated in January 2026.
Today is 25 February 2026, and even after four months, my call services (incoming and outgoing) are still not activated. I have not received any proper response from either the Airtel Store or Customer Care. Each time, I am told it will be activated soon, but there has been no progress.

I am extremely frustrated with the Airtel process, and I have no clarity on when this issue will finally be resolved.

Airtel IR is bad

Airtel IR is bad. Simple. In Australia, esp Tasmania, no the calls don't work and internet rarely works. Airtel isn't bothered. They promptly charged me rs 3999 without ensuring I get good service. After 10 days, I brought a local sim and that was good, worth the money.

I am sharing my recent and very frustrating experience with Airtel regarding prepaid service and mobile number portability (MNP).
My Airtel prepaid plan expired on 20 Feb 2026, and since my home Wi-Fi sometimes fails, I rely on mobile hotspot for office work. But Airtel hotspot has repeatedly failed me, so I finally decided to port out to BSNL.
I have ported several times before (Airtel → BSNL → Jio → Airtel), and earlier the porting was quick—even if I lost some balance. But now, because of the new TRAI MNP rules, the porting process takes over 5 days, and during this entire period, I had no network service at all. I was unable to do official communication or bank transactions for these days.
I tried cancelling my port request, and I received an SMS saying I could cancel until 24 Feb, 10 AM. But the system didn’t allow me to cancel, saying the cancellation window had passed.
To make things worse, I then tried recharging my Airtel number, and the payment was accepted (₹650), but it still said that my porting will happen tomorrow as scheduled! So now I have lost:
✔ ₹650 to Airtel for a recharge that won’t be used
✔ ₹250 to BSNL for port-in SIM
This is unacceptable.
When I went to the Airtel Store near Velachery Vijayanagar Bus Stand, hoping for help, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The representative simply said “use this link if you want to complain” and refused to assist me. This kind of behavior is shocking from a major telecom provider.
I tried calling customer care through IVRS over 15–20 times, but I was never able to reach an actual human being. No support, no guidance, nothing.
Overall experience:

Poor mobile service
Unhelpful & rude staff at Airtel store
Recharge accepted even when port-out is active (misleading system)
Zero customer support access
Money lost due to flawed TRAI timelines + Airtel policies

My message to others:
Please be cautious when initiating MNP. Plan properly, because if your plan expires during the porting window, you will have no service for several days and may lose money. The current system does not protect customers, and we end up suffering.
This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss. I genuinely hope Airtel improves its customer service, staff training, and transparency.

have been using Airtel for many years, but recently the service has become very poor. Whether I buy a one-day unlimited pack or a 3–6 month plan, I still face network and data problems. Even after paying money, I do not get proper service or internet. This is very disappointing. The Thanks app is also not helpful — it is only in name and does not solve customer problems. I hope the company improves its service and customer support soon.They are just looting money. I strongly recommend that no one should use Airtel services.

Airtel is doing fraud with its customers now-a-days.My manager asked me to work from home for some time. I approached an Airtel Agent through a pamphlet that I got in my office located in gomti nagar. The agent came and assured me an airtel connection even after finding no electricity in my area. I paid Rs 2350 through phonepe to him. Next day, another person came and said broadband cannot be installed at this place. I asked for a refund from the Agent and got a message as well from Airtel that the money will be refunded but never received it. Please beware of this company and do not make any advance payment.

Airtel DTH very fraud company he looted to his customer I have purchase from Airtel engineer Mr Anil Misha Varanasi. He install digital Airtel TV on 30 December at 25 at my residence. That time he promise after received Rs 3600 form us that validity of this approx. 2 years and i have also received SMS from Airtel is validity is 4 December 27.
But after one month i was surprise airtel deduct amount and reduce validity date 18 January 27.
i called to airtel customer care and note our complain.
after30 minute Mrs Preeti call to us and she demand proof of SMS screenshot.
So i was sent proof
after that he reply our price is increased so your validity down.
so requested to every on please don't porches his product
