I had an issue with my air purifier that resulted in me reaching out to Airthereal. They had great communication and impressive promptness throught the return process.

Have a airthereal MA5000 that I have enjoyed using for a couple of years. This year I bought the B50-mini and have found them so nice for keeping things fresh in the bathroom and kitchen. (Have bought these for family and friends)
Recently one of the B50-mini had an issue with the fan. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and ask for a video. Within a day they had a new one on its way and even followed up to be sure everything was working well and I was satisfied.
Nice to see companies standing behind their products - and it’s such a nice product too!!

I have an ozone machine and the knob broke. Customer Service was quick to get me a replacement.

I wrote to customer service and received wonderful explanations regarding my questions. I have to say this is probably the best on-point response I’ve ever received from any business, the instructions were easy to understand and the CS rep even supplied me with other information just in case. Awesome!

I have an Airthereal Kitchen Composter. I love it. I used to have a countertop one and was always fighting fruit flies and mess. The Airthereal composter makes composting easy. I used it every day. It stopped working the other day. I have had it over a year. I contacted customer service and they quickly helped me through troubleshooting and determined it could not be fixed, but to my surprise it was still under warranty and they are shipping me a replacement. I love the product and am super impressed with their customer service. Thanks Lyvia!

I own ozone generator ah1000 which is superb and nice looking, works manly for puryfying water(which is extremely simple to do). Airthereal website is clear and easy to find important info about products. Stuff, especially Lyvia always so helpful and prompt (5 Stars!)

I have ordered two MA10K-PRO Smart WiFi Ozone Generators and they have worked great. I had a unit recently stop working. Airthreal worked with me, step by step, to try to trouble shoot the problem. It issue was determined and Airthreal sent out a brand new unit. The process was easy and I would highly recommend this company and plan to purchase other devices from this company.

I had a unit fail near the end of the warranty. I received excellent trouble shooting suggestions. But when none were successful they stood behind their warranty and replaced the unit.

I recently purchased a r180 exhaust fan. I got the charger mixed up with some other chargers I had that had different outputs. Customer service sent me the info I needed without delay. Nice to deal with a company with great customer service.

I own Airthereal 50, 300 and 5000 ozone output devices. I love them all for different purpose. The portable rechargeable 300 device is great for fridge and closets - food stays fresh much longer, disinfects any pathogens from its handling prior to my house; all my shoes smell fresh! The plug-in 50 unit is good for intermittent cycling after toxic home projects (painting, gluing, epoxying etc) and near cat litter box. The 5000 unit is a disinfecting beast! We live right near a forest, and somehow mice get into the walls and air ducts and die... they smell so sharp and intense! Also, they could have huntavirus... when this happens 5000 unit is a must have! We leave it in the basement, put it on a timer for 20-30 min, circulate furnace to run it through the vents, and it eliminates all smells. Also, I use 300 units for guests or parties, since viruses are pretty strong nowadays, and it's a simple reassurance not to catch them! I am very happy with all Airthereal products, and customer support has been very helpful and resolved any minor issues and answered all questions. Thanks!

Airthereal products are excellent and their customer service is better! When there was a missing part in the item, they sent a replacementef immediately. I would highly recommend the ozone generators from them. Thanks to Elsa and the great team at airthereal!

Device works very well, and their customer service is great - bought 3 units, one stopped working after ~6 months, and was sent a new device with very little back & forth.

Airthereal customer service is beyond superior. The Portable Range Hood I ordered was exactly what I thought I needed. Unfortunately, due to user error, the product became damaged and defective. I reached out to the customer service team and they helped me immensely! They could not have been more friendly, understanding, and the response time was superb!

The Airthereal machine is wonderful, I use it for my drinking water. It's the world's best kept secret, because this water is like a tonic to the system. When my machine stopped working, customer support was super responsive and helped me with a replacement – even though I was in a totally different location from when I purchased it. Kudos to a wonderful company and people.

Customer service was great. Had some shipping delays and they were able to handle it for me. Used the ozone generator a couple times thus far and it appears to be working great.

An article that I purchased from them was faulty after a few weeks. They immediately sent me a new product without any hassle.
