This is not a brand that you will find so easily. We always want a composter, and I ran into this name in Reddit! I compared them to others for
1) types of food waste it will compost
2) type of filter
3) Noise
4) Durability
5) Sustainable components and of course
6) Price

I decided to take a chance as the brand was unknown to me. I am extremely happy. Let me be clear - my wife is extremely happy! In fact, with the recommendation I gave to my friends and the gifts I have given, there are a total of five (5) of us! All are happy!

Support is also excellent and timely!

I purchased the Airthere water filter four months ago. The has performed exceptionally well in my experience. However, I recently encountered issue with it. I contacted Airthereal, and the customer service staff promptly responded and resolved the quickly. I am grateful for Sky, who assisted me in solving the issue and promptly sent a replacement.

Airthereal is a great brand. Their air purifiers are awesome and do a really good job. I wish their filter prices were lower and I wish their filter Subscription service offered greater savings and that it was easier to swap one subscribed filter for a different subscribed filter. For example, in the past, I was subscribed to the HEPA filters and now I'd like to be subscribed to the HEPA-medial-grade filters. I wasn't able to do this on my own, but Airthereal's customer service was great and they did it for me. It would be nice not to have to contact customer support for this. So a more user-friendly and more options version of their filter Subscription service with greater savings for subscribing, is the only reason I don't give them a 5 out of 5 stars.

I’ve bought the Airthereal Pristine Pro6H water filter. The product is great but the manual was not super clear. I had some doubts regarding the first use and some features and contacted the customer service by email. I got a prompt response from Sky who clarified all my issues and my filter is up and running super well.
I highly recommend this product and thank Sky for your help !

I contacted Aethereal customer service for some spare parts after a purchase. The original purchase was fine, but I always try to keep spares of consumable parts for future use. We exchanged emails several times as we worked out the details. Aethereal customer service was so easy to work with and was very responsive throughout the process.

A wonderful company with products we trust and tip top customer service. We bought our first purifier with them in about 2021 and just recently upgraded in 2024. We had issues with the unit that we received and they quickly sent a replacement. Then the replacement was damaged during shipping and they sent us another replacement. And now we have nice new aire purifier that's exactly what we need it to be.

We love our ozone machines. We own 2. My house always had a musky smell and now it’s completely gone!! I’ve purchased 2 for my mom’s home and have several friends I’ve told them about the ozone machine and they also love them. I had some shipping issues and customer service was fantastic in fixing the situation!! Also they are very affordable!!

Had an issue with an recent order and forgetting to put in a discount code until after I sent the order. Contacted customer support to see if they could still provide the discount after the order was placed. Someone got back to me same day and the issue was resolved. Love the product.

I had an issue with my machine but the customer service and experience was amazing, they sent me a replacement machine in no time. I am very happy and impressed with their service. I already have two machines and they work perfectly./

The water filter is working well and water taste good. I got water filter 6month ago, and it stopped working in last two weeks. After troubleshooting not work, Sky sent me new one in three days.

The customer service was great!

I had 2 Airthereal essential oil diffusers which I love, and decided to order 2 more. The app couldn't connect to one of the new ones, so I contacted customer support. They asked for a video where I rebooted the diffuser and tried to connect, and after I provided that, they immediately sent out a new diffuser. That is what great customer support looks like, thank you Airthereal!

Great product with excellent customer support

I've been buying from Airthereal for several years and so far, had two minor issues since. Both times they responded same-day with a recommended fix and/or going above and beyond the remediate. This company gets a grade A in my books for Customer Service!

Responded to an ad by the company for a $24.99 offer but was taken to a page showing the same item for $39.99. It was a pretty good deal regardless but after I ordered I sent the company an email questioning this. They promptly responded and then refunded me the $15!

Genius engineering!!! Great customer service. Very efficient in reducing landfill waste and providing natural material for my garden. I wish it added microbes!!’

First USPS lost my order and I contacted the company they refunded my purchase price and sent out a new one. The unit worked as advertised. Great company.
