When the men went and I went to close…
When the men went and I went to close my divan ottoman the bolt shot out of the piston. Phoned s6no they only came 6pm next day. He said all the bolts were not tightened and the bed was not lined up also a bolt holding the top together had not even been put on. Very annoyed

Fantastic service, I could choose date of delivery, given a two hour time slot the night before and was kept informed by text and a tracking link during the day showing my delivery slot and the order of delivery’s and where the van was. Ideal!

We were told that the delivery team would verify that the goods were in good condition before leaving.
What we got was a man with few social skills who simply left the package and sadly, the body odour he left with us was most unpleasant.
