Perfect from start to finish
Great experience - constant communication from the get go of ordering the mattress. Time slot, then narrowed down the night before and then a phone call an hour before. Great customer service and delivery guy was lovely! Never realised ordering a new mattress could be so straight forward!

Disappointed install
Sadly, although I had paid for installation on both my purchases of a washing machine & tumble dryer online, the delivery men refused to install the tumble dryer as they said they only installed wet appliances. I paid for this service as I am unable to myself lift any heavy equipment due to fractures in my back. After contacting customer services, I was told I would receive a call back regarding the above but only received an email to say that no refund would be given as the drivers disagreed & said it had been installed. I will be taking this further & can supply evidence to show that a tumble dryer is not part of a living room furniture as it is still sitting in my living room packaged up!!

Delivery people did not help to take mattress. Said they are not allowed to bend mattress as there was curve on the stairs. I told them that I take the risk. But they rushed and went.

Had a 2 hour slot given to me for tge sunday morning between 7.54 and 9.54. Only got the time on the saturday night. Set for alarm for 7am and it only arrived at 3pm. No phone call to let me know so a whole day was waisted

Missing item in delivery
Ordered 4 mattresses, the wait time before delivery was just under two weeks. The delivery day arrived and only 3 mattresses were delivered. The delivery person had me speak to customer support on his cell phone and I was informed that the 4th mattress was not in the right place in the warehouse to be loaded on the delivery vehicle and that they would try to locate it and contact me back as soon as possible. I was not contacted and had to contact them directly about 2 days later. The person who received my message was unaware of the issue and has assured me they'd look into it and find and deliver the 4th mattress. Still waiting.
