I have had two white goods delivered…
I have had two white goods delivered recently. A washing machine by a different company, the driver offloaded it himself was fast and offered to take away the packaging. AIT had two workers, they both had to try get a tumble dryer offloaded and into the house and then didnt make the same offer, hence i knocked a star off.

The delivery people were very difficult to communicate with and rather dismissive. They were unhelpful, but blamed the directions from the company as far as I could tell.
