Fast and reliable delivery
Fast and reliable delivery! I was able to select my preferred delivery day, and they sent an estimated time slot the day before. On the actual delivery day, the driver called right before arriving and followed my instructions perfectly. Very happy with the purchase and excellent service!

Was kept updated throughout the day. Driver also called 30mins before delivery time. Would highly recommend. Was also able to track on map exactly where driver was. Driver was friendly, 5 star service - which is rare nowadays!

There were loads of hesitation from the delivery guys as they were not helpful at all. At first, they claimed they could not go to the 3rd floor as it was against the companies policy. They called and got approval to go up later they claimed that the items would not go up, out of frustration I had to help them take the bed frames up stairs.
When it was time to take the mattress upstairs they got to the entrance door and said the 6ft 6 mattress would not pass the entrance door and I was like what the heck is you guys problem as it was very visible that it would clearly pass. Then they said the same thing for the stair case. So they claimed they were going to return the item back and the called and after I explained issues to the office, they spoke to them to take it up but they kept saying they won't as any damage would come to them. I had to assist to take the mattress upstairs and they came the last bit of bed frame as they took it upstairs, I was carried away talking with the site manager as it is a new build then I heard a loud bang and I ran up and saw that they had damaged the wall and I was wandering so had how that happened but I wasn't too worried since it would be fixed at no cost as per warranty of house. But that service was really bad.

The delivery guy's phoned me twice to keep me advised that they were running a little late which was very helpful, also they kindly carried the mattress upstairs for us. Unfortunately they went away so quickly my wife didn't have a chance to hand them £5 each for their trouble and effort which was a shame. They deserve great credit from you.
