Fine system, easy to install
Fine system, works perfectly. Installation was done by a security company, but was relatively easy to install. The alarm does not go off immediately there is a time lag of around 20-30 seconds for it to respond. Other than that definitely would recommend.

Regarding the 20–30 second response delay: if your installation is an EN54-certified fire system, specific delay settings (such as Acknowledgement or Investigation delays) may be intentionally configured in compliance with fire safety standards. If this is a standard intrusion security system, the delay may be caused by an Entry Delay or an Alarm Transmission Delay configured on the hub or detector.
If this behavior is unexpected or you would like to adjust it, please contact our technical support team at support@ajax.systems or consult your installation company so they can review the settings.

Power Cuts and Alarm Cover
I own a second home in Spain, its in the country and we often have local power cuts, the alarm system battery will cover for most but not all. We can be left without alarm cover for days until someone and go and reset. The Ajax support team after one question have provided several viable options, using a solar panel and trickle charging to solve the issue. Provided in less than 24 hours of asking and in great detail. This is excellent customer support service.

A fast-forward function for video playback needs to be added. The cameras do not always detect objects at a distance. In the event of a security incident, it is necessary to review the entire video recording, which is not possible with the current version of the software.

The hub and the sensors are superb the camera system is okayish vs competitors (you could perhaps find better solution for offline camera system but as a single system all together still worths the money). I love it.

The Ajax team provided great support on alarm confirmation zone setup
The Ajax team provided great support on configuring the system to ensure compliance with police response standards (confirmed alarms). We had some queries on how the systems reacts in multiple scenarios and the support team answered multiple complex questions with clear answers and instructions in a very short timeframe. The support agent had a very good understanding of what we needed to know so must have great knowledge of the industry standards as well as the product itself. Very impressive and super helpful. Ajax support always provide excellent support. I also want to add that this free support was provided on a weekend in the evening.
