Hello The lady was excellent and spoke clearly, I am not sure of her name FALAK is not right, but I did not write it down and I am tired at the moment. I was making a ISA payment and needed to know name of your account ,sort code. account no. and the reference that would be required. As I do not have a mobile I was sure my bank would query the payment , but after ringing up my bank they said there would not be a problem paying £ 20000.
Your assistance was appreciated greatly and everything went smoothly.
