SIPP withdrawal
Made a request to withdraw from my SIPP after fist checking the available amount. The tax free cash was paid promptly but I have been informed the rest of the payment goes into a flexible income drawdown account. I wasn’t aware of this and presumably I will have to make a further withdrawal request to access it? Another hurdle, slightly annoying to be honest.

Having problems accessing account.
I was having problems trying to access my old account and Alex at A J Bell was very helpful sorting it out. Basically I thought there was a problem with my password or username but it wasn't that after all. It didn't take long to regain access and then all was well. Only minor difficulty was that I was using an ipad and Alex a PC, so the menu layouts were different. Even so thanks again for your help but next time I'll get the laptop out.
