Worst service ever non professional and rude

Worst service ever. They did not provide wheelchair only in Dubai while am pregnant. Turkey was a disaster their flight was delayed which caused us to miss Algeria domestic flight. I had to stand for long hours when I reached Algiers while pregnant. I COULDNT NOT FIND FLIGHT TILL TEN PM TEACHED HOLE AT 11WITH SWELLING FEET They lost my case in turkey and to this day 8th of January no trace of it. I tried contacting multiple times the agency I booked through when they put me online on the same call with Ajet agent named Sami from turkey he was very rude saying that I should call the company of luggage complaint nd request the needed at the end of the call despite him being very rude and useless he added more insult instead of apologizing for their mistake of bad treatment to a disabled person that needed her medication he said to me not acceptable I said what is not acceptable he said am talking to the agent who booked to u trip.com he told her while I was on call the customer should not be put with us on the same call this is not acceptable. THAT WAS HORRIBLE HE UPSET ME MORE WHILE PREGNANT INSTEAD OF PROVIDING COMPENSATION OR BRINGING SOLUTION TO SEND LUGGAE HE ADDED VERY RUDE LANGUAGE.
TODAY IS 8 January 2026 I VISITED A GYNECOLOGIST IN ALGERIA AND SHE SAYS THE BABY MOVED DOWN WHILE AM ONLY SIX MONTHS PREGNANCY MEANING I HAVE A THREATENED ABORTION DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE ND HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Great support during Schiphol crisis

We were stuck in Istanbul because of problems at Schiphol not being able to accept flights. Ajet personnel did tremendous job to support us and everyone else, they provided a very good hotel with dinner and breakfast, provided us with vouchers. At the end, we flew back successfully and none of our 5 baggage items were lost. I belive they handled this crisis situation very well and this deserves 5 stars (I never expected this quality from a lowcoster, so well done!)

No star.
Terrible managing of lost loggage, wrong info about free call center at AJet website.
AJet doesn’t handover info about my baggage foto, description etc to the air port my baggage is lost at.
Now after 10 days no useful detail from AJet. They could just connect their service dept. to AI since their messages to me are only the same. No information that they have my fotoes, docs etc and they will check with SAW and so on.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable treatment by AJet

ever had with any airline.

I had a valid ticket and arrived on time, yet my boarding was unjustly cancelled without a clear or legitimate reason. Despite this, AJet kept my money, effectively stealing my ticket, and completely refused to offer any refund or compensation.

What made the situation even worse was the attitude of their staff. They were rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in resolving the problem. I was treated with complete disrespect, as if passengers’ rights mean nothing to this company.

After filing a formal complaint, I received nothing but generic copy-paste responses with no real investigation or accountability. This is not how a professional airline operates.

Unfair Cabin Baggage Policy: Hidden Cost Trap
The "Light/Eco" cabin baggage policy (3-4 kg limit) implemented by this airline is completely unrealistic. A standard laptop with its charger already weighs over 3.5 kg. This rule technically bans carrying a laptop unless you pay for a full 12 kg carry-on package.
It forces passengers to buy extra allowance for a simple necessity. Furthermore, if you exceed the limit by 1 kg, you face huge penalties at the gate, but if you buy the package and don't use the full weight, there is no refund. This is an unfair trade practice and a hidden cost trap. I urge the airline to revise this limit to a realistic level (min. 5 kg) for personal items. Travelers, beware of the gate penalties!

The company is a scam

The company is a scam. We arrived in Istanbul from Moscow with a delay of 3 hours just to find out that our connecting flight to Paris is cancelled! Then we spent 5 hours at Istanbul airport , trying to retrieve our luggage, getting the new tickets and hotel voucher. The hotel was nice , but the food provided for breakfast and dinner there was disgusting. At least the hotel had a spa that we could access that compensated for this trashy experience somehow. Now we are waiting for our flight to Paris which is already delayed ! The personnel is very rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs!!!

Unjustified Access Baggage Charge Imposed on a 13-Year alone travelling kid

On 3 January, my 13-year-old nephew travelled alone with AJet on flight VF1988 from London Stansted to Sabiha Gökçen. He had previously flown without any issues from Istanbul to London Gatwick with Turkish Airlines using the same cabin bag. However, on the return flight, AJet staff refused to accept this cabin bag without any reasonable explanation and demanded an additional charge of GBP 44.

I find it unacceptable that an airline within the same group as Turkish Airlines treats the same cabin baggage so differently, and that this treatment was imposed on a 13-year-old child travelling alone.

How many extra items could a child possibly have in a cabin-sized bag to justify charging GBP 44 and forcing the bag to be checked into the hold? To make matters worse, the child had lost his wallet at the airport due to stress, and we were forced to arrange payment of the requested GBP 44 by sending a remote image of a credit card. I consider this practice unnecessary and bordering on opportunistic. As someone who has flown many times from the same airport to Sabiha Gökçen, I have personally witnessed that staff there are not nearly as assertive with adult passengers and do not apply the same treatment to adults who object.

I am seriously dissatisfied with the attitude of the gate staff on flight VF1988, which departed on 3 January at 12:45 (UK time), and with AJet’s approach towards a 13-year-old child travelling alone. Regarding this incident, I demand a refund of the GBP 44 charged, a formal apology from the company and the relevant staff, a satisfactory written explanation, and that an appropriate investigation be initiated into the conduct of the gate staff. I am also considering sharing this unfair and unreasonable practice on all platforms so that other passengers are aware of it.

What a good airline

Yay guys let’s all thank Ajet for the flight delay of 2 hours and thanks for making us miss our second plane and didn’t refund us. Thanks for the really bad decent that made my ears stop working. Thanks for the free day at Istanbul than at JEDDAH and thanks for making us wait another day at the airport for 22 hours than letting us do umrah. Thanks for the really expensive food in the flight. Thanks for almost making me vomit while landing. And thanks for being the worst airline I have and will ever be on. Thanks for putting us in stupid CAPSULE HOTELS WHILE WE WAIT FOR OUR OTHER FLIGHT TO JEDDAH INSTEAD OF A BETTER ONE. I could go on for infinity.

Stay away from this company!

If I could give zero star for this company, I will this is the second time will be delayed today for the second flight. The first one was delayed a hour and a half. The second one we boarded to the plane and then we have to change a plane for some reason they cant provide ! and delayed for another hour by far the worst experience thank you but no thanks to you.AJet

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience at Hurghada Airport due to extremely poor customer service and what felt like blatant overcharging of tourists. I was charged $307.00 just to check in luggage, which is completely unreasonable and far beyond normal airline or airport fees.

The staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. They repeatedly spoke in their own language while dealing with us, clearly so we could not understand what was being said. This made the situation feel uncomfortable and dishonest. What was most upsetting was that it was very obvious only tourists were being targeted—locals were not being charged the same excessive fees or treated the same way.

On top of that, we were not allowed to bring carry-on luggage unless we paid an additional fee, which again seemed to apply only to tourists. There was no clear explanation, no transparency, and no willingness to help or explain the charges calmly or respectfully.

This experience left a very bad impression and felt like a money grab rather than a legitimate policy. Tourists should be treated fairly and with respect, not taken advantage of. I would strongly caution other travelers to be prepared for unexpected and excessive charges and very poor customer service at this airport.

The Ajet staff at check in desks at BGY Milan

The Ajet staff at check in desks at Milan airport, BGY, were racist and showed poor and bad behaviour by saying inappropriate words. Also, they recorded wrong weight for the baggage which was not appeared on the scale. They stressed me because they are racist, I paid my money for the flight and baggage unfortunately to be untreated well, although my money helps them taking their wages. I did a complaint but up till now the relevant department did not take the appropriate action that any good airlines will take. I will not leave my right but I advice each and everyone to not take/use this Ajet airline because of sure you will regret later on as me.

poor management

it’s a very poor aviation system.we had a connecting flight that was very close to the time we landed and they made us go collect the luggage just to check it in again. then their staff was lazy and uncooperative after we repeatedly said we had a close connecting flight they didn’t seem to help us at all. then we had to wait in the bus for over half an hour then we started going again and doing circles around the airport plane parking without telling us the reason as to why this is happening over all we will not be travelling with this air line.

Absolutely unprofessional staff

I left my iPad in the back of the seat in front of me on an international flight to Istanbul. On the next flight from Istanbul to London, the flight attendant transferred a sick 60+ woman to an emergency seat without payment, justifying that one person was not enough on the emergency flight deck, although sometimes no one flies to them at all. This ruined my luck to sleep on 3 chairs, as I was supposed to be sitting alone in a row. They didn't help me immediately apply for the sale of the tablet before the flight, they said that I should apply at London Airport for the loss, although I should have applied on the airline's website. Later, I submitted a report about the forgotten tablet to the airline, but they replied that they had not found it. Absolutely unprofessional staff.

Rude and very careless

Rude and very careless. I needed wheelchair assistance because I had surgery done and could not walk at all and they refused to provide me with a wheelchair to take me to the plane. I am so disappointed being cheap doesnt mean being ignorant classless.

This is without a doubt the worst…

This is without a doubt the worst airline I have ever flown with.

The customer support is extremely poor, flights are frequently delayed, and you receive no compensation for their mistakes.

I cannot recommend this airline at all.

I didn’t get the hell I need and the…

I didn’t get the hell I need and the staff was beyond the worst I’ve ever experienced. I even contacted customer service and they lied to me. They told me that they made my case urgent but they didn’t because when I called again she confirmed it. They told me that I will get help at least at 9am. It has now been 3 days and I still didn’t get any help. I guess that they don’t care about their customers. I had to buy new tickets by myself because I couldn’t wait for them to get back to me, which was good because they haven’t gotten back to me three days later. Never flying with ajet again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
