Too complicated
Very bad experience so far, I didn’t sold nothing, supports work like bots took weeks or months to answer my question about selling and listing items most of the time leaving you without an answer and ask you for patience. If you cut off washing label or have a missing shoe tree they will treat your item as not original and used. Asking for more photos when easy to recognize the item and take a lot of money from the sellers and buyers too. I prefer any other page to sale items rather than this.
Horrible customer service ….
Horrible customer service ….. long delays ….. and many loop holes just to get a response or resolution.
Missing cash out
Usually in the past I was able to transfer and cash out items sold to a checking account now one of the only options for instant transfer is PayPal. Transferred the cash out on a Friday morning and still haven’t received funds.
Simple and Great!!!

Worst app to sell on
Worst app to sell on. Their fees are ridiculous, you get hit with fees to ship your item back if it’s claimed to be a replica, and their support team takes forever to get back to you. Don’t sell on this platform you been warned

I'm not really sure what the benefit is for having the Alias app. It's kind of clunky, from a design perspective. It's also a pain to have to go between two apps to cash out or list items for sale. Also, the app is laggy and crashed a couple of times.
Overall, Goat/Alias' customer service leaves something to be desired (and they all write their responses with AI).
Alias is absolutely cheeks #1 worse app…
#1 worse app to sell anything.
They will reject any and everything you sell for no apparent reason, no matter if it’s 1000% authentic, and you sell it with the receipt, and a picture with you buying it at the store.
They will claim some fake reason like “craftsmanship” to reject your item, then charge you a $15 return shipping fee. I’ve been charged this fee more than 50 times and not once was I provided a valid reason as to why.
RUN far away and use stockx or eBay to sell.
Alias / Goat are a bunch of scammers.
They need to fire all of their authenticators and only allow new authenticators to verify after being throughly trained.
I recently sold an item and Alias rejected it for the same bs “craftsmanship” reason, even though the pants were brand new, sealed, and 100% authentic.
I’ve had this exact style in the same and different sizes, pass verification but for some reason they rejected these.
After I got them back today, I checked them out with a flashlight and a UV light and they’re flawless, not a single defect, all tags and logos are intact and no loose stitching or any obvious irregularities.
I’ve missed out on so many sales because of these jackasses. And not to mention the time, labor, shipping supplies and gas spent.
When I think about it, their verification analysis is all discretionary and not actually based on any qualified research, aside from comparing items to a picture of the product and whatever idiot that’s inspecting our items sees.
There’s no technical skill involved.
No one at ALIAS has any idea what they are doing.
ALIAS IS THE WORST APP.

stop charging me for fakes when i didn’t know and charging me 15 bucks every fake and you have yet to ship one back yet?
Very easy to sell on
Very easy to get start selling and good layout to the platform. Payouts are quick when withdrawn and instructions for shipping out are straight forward.
Sellers beware of this
Sold a pair of sneakers and shipped to them, they came back saying it was used and dirty and showed me a few pictures which was odd to me because my shoes were new. So I didn't want the deal to fall off so I offered 5% discount as they suggested to the buyer, but the offer wasn't accepted. So I have a free consignment of one month but during this time they sent me reminding email perhaps more then twenty times saying my free consignment will end soon.
So I have it shipped by to me and what a surprise, the shoes are clean, unused, new which is totally different from the picture they showed me. I wish I can post the pictures here and show you all.
great communication
Alias offers great opportunity for small business's who want to grow and explore opportunities.
DON’T SELL ON ALIAS UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!!!
First time user, I normally use StockX but I thought I’ll try ALIAS for the first time. BIG MISTAKE!!!!
I got my first sale confirmation, packaged the pair of sneakers, dropped it off at my local DHL drop off. All good right, what can go wrong???
Well, I’ve dropped off my sold item on 5/8/25 and been checking the status constantly, it’s now the 9/8/25!!! No update on the app and I went back to the drop off location and the owners said all packages has been collected.
-App states - in transit
-DHL states - Shipment at Service Point - 5/8/25
Communication is slow with ALIAS support team (over 48hrs) and I’m pretty sure I’m going to get scammed out of my £400 sold sneakers.
I sent them a screen shot and now it’s waiting game. Seriously, it’s more of a hassle to deal with ALIAS than actually working with them selling items off their platform. I feel like I’m about to get scammed, only time will tell but I don’t think it will be a positive outcome. Fingers crossed.
UPDATE - 18/8/25
ALIAS + DHL are both taking no responsibility for the lost item of mine that’s valued at £400. ALIAS is giving the silent treatment.
DHL e-commerce response - after investigation to revisit the store and check myself, I already have (over 5 times) across 2 weeks. Shocking response by DHL !!!!
I will never use either country EVER AGAIN!!!

All you have to do is show up to the warehouse. Drop off your stuff and by the time you make it home they pay you so it's a great experience. It's the easiest experience I've ever had. I love using alias for that reason. Ever since a partner with goat they've been absolutely fantastic. Absolutely no problems. Nothing like Some of the other platforms thank you for making it such an easy experience
Email spamming
I've deleted my account and removed my email from their newsletter long ago but they still keep sending me emails. This is illegal.
DO NOT USE
As a brand new user, within hours of having shoes up they sold. I sold genuine Yeezys directly from Adidas, to which I still have the receipts and online order proofs, yet this company marked my item as replica, charged $15 fee and $15 to ship back. There was no dispute process and their customer service does not respond. They basically took my money. Just glad they at least gave me my shoes back. I had about 8 pair I was going to sell with them but immediately pulled everything and deleted my account.
I love how easy it is to sell with you!!
