Oggi ho parlato con l'operatore 178 Davide che con la sua pazienza e cortesia e professionalità ha raccolto con efficienza la mia richiesta di ritiro rifiuti ingombranti. Un plauso anche ad Alia per questo servizio ed un encomio per l'ottima formazione dei suoi operatori. E naturalmente un Bravo e Grazie a Davide :-)
