Working with Pallav was great. He took the dates that I wanted into consideration and immediately found me several options. He then was able to answer any questions that I might have.
I was also impressed that he consistently communicated with me right up to the time that I arrived in Tanzania and made sure that my trek went well. Overall, I could not recommend Pallav more highly.

Hello. I feel so lucky to have found Pallav at Alien Adv. I had the most amazing vacation in Tanzania. The companies he recommended for Kilimanjaro, Safari, and Zanzibar (Popote and Amo Zanzibar) provided incredible experiences and professional staff. I always felt safe and truly cared for. Two very important things as a female, solo traveller. Pallav also quickly responded to all of my emails...and there were many. I could not be happier with the service and prices provided. I booked a Kilimanjaro climb and safari with Pallav a few months ago and the experience was a very pleasant one. The service is amazing - I received responses to all questions within hours, I did not feel as though I was being pressured or persuaded to book through AlienAdv and Pallav continued to provide support after the initial booking. I would definitely deal with AlienAdv and Pallav again.

Limited review because I haven't gone on my trip to Tanzania yet - but Pallav was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and accomodating; I really liked that he replied to my emails promptly. For reference, I booked a 2-day safari and 8-day Lemosho hike. Highly recommended!

Palav was the most helpful advisor we could have asked for. He provided us with all the necessary information and more, and after a number of weeks of emailing, he helped us come to a decision on what best suited us. We recommend this company.

We did the 6-day trek on the Machame route with Chief Tours. There were 14 of us in our group and all 14 summitted! The guides were phenomenal - providing support every step of the way, setting a pole pole pace that enabled us all to make it to the top, and providing history and geographic information along the way. The trip exceeded every expectation we had. The porters had our tents and bags delivered to each camp site before we arrived and would sing with us in the mornings before we set off. After we summitted, they provided congratulations and high fives. The chefs and waiters prepared fantastic warm meals daily giving us the strength and energy we needed for each day's hike. Adidas's customer service was timely, informative, and warm - addressing every question and concern we had. I cannot recommend this company more highly. It seemed we had a much better experience with Chief Tours than other climbers using more expensive companies.

Pallav was very patient and help with planning and guiding us through each step of the booking process. Gave great recommendations and took everything we asked him into account. Made the process easy.

Only 4 stars at present as I have not yet been on my Kilimanjaro Trek. Booking process was very easy and they answered all my questions very quickly. As a solo traveller I was worried about going on my own but they have put my mind at reast and I'm really excited to go to Africa!!!

Pallav was very helpful in setting up our trip. Responses were very quick and precise to the questions we asked.

Very honest advice. Fast response. They went out of there way to accommodate me in all aspects. They never got irritated by my thousands of questions and also that I kept changing the plans so much. I would recommend them to anyone.

I only give it 4 stars because I have not been on the actual holiday itself to tell if the process is successful or not. However, with regards to planning and booking, they were incredible! Prompt and very good at tailoring the right holiday for you. Hassle free and some of the most competitive prices quoted.

With so many options to go through I did not know what to do with cruises in Norway. I was also worried about dealing with alienadv at first. But their patience and wealth of knowledge eased my reservations againsst them. They are polite, quick, professional, knowledgeable...the list goes on. Try their service and you will become a fan :). They are absolutely free too!!!

Alienadv staff replied to my emails in a timely fashion, answered my questions, and provided multiple options to suit my needs. The even upgraded me to a better hotel on arrival.
