Our group of three, on the eleventh hour, decided to go scuba diving (and get certified) while we were still in Goa. We tried several acclaimed local operators but couldn't find an arrangement to our liking; apparently we couldn't go diving at the ship wreck (SS Rita)....gotta hate oligopolies :-|
Kshaun, Ankit and Pallav *really* went out of their way and helped us dive at that beauty of a dive site. What a way to get certified!

I came across AlienAdv while browsing through the internet for booking for my trekking trip to Kilimanjaro. I decided to email them although I was not expecting much. To my surprise, I received a reply with the hour from Ankit. His reply was both prompt and contained all the information I was looking for. We went back and forth on emails trying to tailor the trip according to my whims and Ankit was more than accommodating. He would reply to my emails promptly and do everything to tailor the trip to my needs. Ankit was instrumental in making my trip hassle free and arranging everything perfectly. The prices were better than what were advertised at all the other places I checked.

I booked Tanzania serengeti through Alienadv. The service provided on ground as well as online was A+. The information provided was very helpful. I was travelling alone but wanted to join a group and AlienAdv helped me with it. My longtime wish was to see the big 5 in Africa with a really good guide but at reasonable costs. My wish came true thanks to these guys If I could give 11 out of 10 , AlienAdv crew would deserve it.

I found alienadv.com by chance. These guys were top notch from the start answering all questions with incredible precision and with just the right amount of detail. Their advise and professionalism is worth experiencing ....they are so good! So, we found the right operator for climbing kilimanjaro and safari. On the ground the guys were as good as we had hoped for. I will write a seperate review for them, but all thanks to Ankit for all his time and effort. I will be back soon!

We had a small group of 4 and the Popote team really went over and above to make our experience a positive one. When we first arrived we where greeted at the airport, driven to an upgraded hotel and quickly made to feel very welcome. Upon checking our equipment we needed to get a few extra bits and they where able to provide us with them for a small fee. On the mountain we where surprised by the amount of people it took to set up and lug the camp (16 people in total from the guides to porters). Popote where organised and ensured we where comfortable (as possible) each set of the way, even bringing a portable toilet which was very convenient. We had regular nightly check up to see our heart rate and blood oxygen levels that I didn't expect but thought was a good idea. Food was surprisingly good, we never felt hungry with many hot meals and they catered for vegetarians too. On summit day they worked on a 1 to 1 basis with clients to guides and the extra help defiantly helped our group, we all got up the top in good sprits. I would defiantly recommend this company and team. Thanks again for the successful experience.

AlienAdv provided my friends and I with an excellent experience on our climb of Kilimanjaro. The staff was very helpful in planning the trip. We only had a limited window of time to do the trip, and AlienAdv was very helpful in finding a trip that not only worked for us, but also were able to help us plan a safari at the end as well! I highly recommend them!

Ankit at AlienAdv was my contact throughout the process for my trip to Tanzania. I wanted to do a Kilimanjaro hike and the online quotes were very high when I was booking 15days before the trip. Luckily Ankit came to my rescue and he offered me great deals at a reasonable price. He was very helpful through the process going through all the details and resolving any concerns that I had with very quick replies. Once I had finished the hike, I had a day to kill and I reached out to Ankit again after the hike. He was able to quickly arrange a day safari to Tarangire National Park from Moshi for the next day within an hour and it just made my Tanzania experience even more successful. I totally loved the experience of the company for the entire experience and responsiveness. Totally recommend this company for anyone planning adventures.

Found this company on google, usually prefer to go places and find the best deal but didn't have the time for this trip. The operator Pallav was informative from the start and all the information he gave turned out to be accurate and he gave me a good operator to work with in Tanzania. The price was very competitive too. In summary I would use this company again and recommend them to friends - this is all you need to know.

I emailed AlienAdv after finding them online whilst looking to book our honeymoon to Iceland. I needed advice on activities and Ankit soon got back to me with some suggestions. We emailed back and forth for a couple of days. Nothing was too much trouble, whatever questions I asked got answered and whatever I wanted to fit in, Ankit would try and find a way to do it. All replies were very quick and we had soon planned everything. It is always a bit worrying handing over a large sum of money to a stranger but everything was perfect. Even after booking I emailed Ankit a couple of times asking for advice and was given it quickly and sufficiently. I would highly recommend this company. I found AlienAdv by chance.
I had intended to climb Kili with friends & had already booked flights.
The friends then had to cancel & I was left without a credible trek plan.
AlienAdv stepped fwd represented by Ankit Jaini who found me several options to fit my flight itinerary.
All offered better options than the package I would have undertaken, plus the price was very competitive.
In short, this company & Ankit Rock (can I say that at 60?).
Not actually sure if Ankit sleeps, but the responses were almost always instant, day or night.
The responses always contained the right amount of info.
This is the sort of person you want on your team.
The trip was a success & I was looked after incredibly well by Tanzania Joy, who also rock!

We did a Kilimajro trek . Pallav was always approachable and was very quick to reply to all our queries . The trek was perfect with excellent guides and an excellent team helping us get to the top .the food was great even the vegetarian food was great .

I was searching for a travel agencies that could help to book a Kilimanjaro climb. I've contacted MANY agencies from all over recommended by Tripadvasor. I had a certain criteria I was looking for. Specially the way the tour team that would take us up Kili are taken care of and if they would assist you in a motivational, proffessional manner to reach the top off Kilimanjaro. Jaini from Pallav was very proffessional and handled everything quickly. She found us the best deal with all the criteria's I insisted apon! They were not the cheapest quote I received. But by far the most proffessional. A few exstra $ for that kind of service was not debateable. I must off e-mailed a dozen+ times with all my queries and demands and she was always quick to respond, friendly and very proffessional. Erything is booked now and we can't wait to climb Kilimanjaro. Thanks to Pallav (Jaini) for making a dream come true for us to be able to climb Kilimanjaro.
