Great products and well packaged delivery

Did not get refunded

I ordered a "Intro Gua Sha Tool" beginning of June 2024. At that time, the company's name was "The Find". I immediately returned it and waited for a £40 refund. A month ago I decided to contact them and after many "Address not find" emails, I finally managed to find the new name ("The Little Find"). I filled a form on their website a month ago and no reply.

I would be cautious buying from this company - "The Great Avoid"!

Do not use. Placed an order to the value of nearly £100 . It didn’t arrive and they ignore all messages and emails. They do however keep emailing with further discount codes !! I will never use them again

I ordered a yoto and case but my order did not arrive. I have chased and chased multiple times but most of their contact options don’t work, they don’t respond on any social media. A month later I’ve been told they can’t fulfil the order and they’ll refund me. Really disappointed. I hope the refund comes quickly.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and have had no communication. I know a lot of people who ordered at the same time and they received within 1-3 days (without paying extra for postage). I’ve tried contacting multiple ways but they do not respond to emails. Very poor company that they can’t communicate with their customers and only some people receive their orders. I know quite a few people in the same boat as myself as well so hit and miss whether your order will arrive or not. Very disappointing!

Seeing a lot of bad reviews so I just wanted to add a good one! I’ve placed 3 separate orders in the 45% off sale, for yoto headphones, tonie figures and herb kits. All have arrived well packaged and quickly.

Ordered on the 13th august, nothing recieved and no dispatch email. I have tried to contact via email and the email bounced back and I have messaged via Facebook and Instagram.

Do not use, I placed a order 3 weeks ago, they have not sent to me, NO refund, they ignore all my e-mails. I was very silly I placed another order as it sounded good price, but yet again nothing, They owe my over £600.

Ordered last week and had no update. Customer service email on their emails just bounces back and no response to FB messages. Seems like a scam

I got products which were so close to expiry date I could not have used them so the products were not fit for use. I found it difficult to email them as the email address on the confirmation emails and website were invalid. I finally got a response from a web form but after sending further details no one has got back to me. I’m wondering if this is a scam website.

Sent something back for a refund, it has now been a month and not received any money back. None of their email addresses or socials work.

Bought two Kinfill products in the sale recently, one bundle was missing part of the order (it does not look like the missing pieces are even available, but only the higher priced bundle was being sold).

When I wrote to customer services I got no reply, and when I followed up I received multiple bounce backs with an error message saying the email address does not exist.

I know that company switched from A Little Find to The Find, but the new contact details do not work either.

Think the business is shutting down soon as I can’t see any recent updates on social media and they don’t reply there either. Be mindful of this when considering making a purchase ~ end of July 2024.

My package was not delivered to my address, with a Royal Mail proof of delivery picture showing a door that is not even on my road. RM mix up surely but despite contacting The Find twice haven’t heard anything yet. Really frustrating not being able to speak to anyone the phone either.

I recently bought Horace cream pomade from the find and the product arrived in a secure package and arrived on time.

Amazing, all went smoothly, great communication throughout the process
