Fabulous service
Placed an order with standard delivery mid-afternoon on the Sunday before the last bank holiday. Much to my surprise I had an email on the Monday saying my order had been dispatched by tracked 48 service and even more amazingly it arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Fantastic range of products with fabulous service.

I'd like to give a shout out to the customer services team and Sophie in particular who was really helpful in tracking down my order and getting it delivered. When it first didn't arrivie I was regretting my purchase especially as I had made some other purchases from other websites that were delivered promptly. To be fair I think the issue was actaully with the courier service but Sophie and her team worked their magic behind the scenes and I recevied my parcel on Monday just gone.

Good source for US products
I ordered some Lanshin products who are USA based so would have incurred duties if ordered from source into EU. Ordering from an EU based supplier of the products was easy and shipping status was regularly updated plus shipping time was pretty fast.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, no notifications on when and where it was, not even through the Shop app, till now I have no idea where my order is.

I ordered some Geranium Shampoo on 13th…
I ordered some Geranium Shampoo on 13th January and received confirmation it had been dispatched on the 14th January. The tracking information says it got as far as Royal Mail on 14th January. I have still not received it now 6th February. I have emailed Sophie who has said she is looking into it. My last email asked for a refund as it doesn't look like it will ever get here! Still no refund.
UPDATE! I have now received a refund and an email from Sophie apologising for the delay.
