Dishonest & poor communicators

Awful ongoing battle with this company for a refund, luckily, I paid through Klarna so they are currently investigating. Back in November, I purchased two separate products and two of each product. Due to a bad skin reaction, I returned one of each product,unused & unopened. They were returned on the 27th of November 2023, via tracked & return at the post office. I had then, a few days later, contacted Sophie at "customer service" at alittlefind. Sophie said that they had no acknowledgement of return, so I sent them proof (post office receipt.) This is where all communication stopped with Sophie, alarm bells!! I raised a dispute with Klarna & still tried to contact Sophie, but I had a Postmaster on the email, did Sophie block my email address?? On the 8th of January, I received notification from Klarna that surprise surprise, alittefind have REFUSED refund, due to me allegedly not meeting the agreement of the returns. Klarna said that alittlefind have claimed that I returned the products open!! This is NOT true!! I am now awaiting further investigation. Luckily, other reviews on TrustPilot say the same thing, customers have received no communication & refusal of refunds claiming that they too have returned products opened. I have never had any issue like this before with companies, I am honest & have always paid for goods received, as long as they are suitable. I have always tried to support independent businesses but alittlefind have destroyed my trust & faith in the future. Shameful!! I have since come accross a similar named business on Trust Pilot: alittlefind.co.uk, with reviews of customers having trouble with communication & getting refunds!! Just in case Sophie replies to this to say they've made numerous attempts to contact me, as she has replied similar to others, no Sophie, I don't have any responses from yourselves in my junk/spam folder.

Herb hydro kits

Ordered some of the herb hydro kits on the bank holiday on 1st Jan. Arrived today, 3rd Jan!
Confirmation email received and then logistic emails when order dispatched. Well packed with care and lovely items. My first order but will definately use again and recommend

Good service, poor information process.

Good service, item received very fast and was exactly as on description. I took one start off as communication about order is very poor. There is no information about progress on your order. I’ve just received oder number while processing the payment ( I took photo of it, no email with confirmation ) and then received parcel 4 days later. Would be great if they could get an email with info re despatch.

Bought a yoto player and cards at an…

Bought a yoto player and cards at an excellent Black Friday price. I was happy with how it was packaged and speed of delivery. But I’ve had to downgrade to a 3 star review because of the lack of communication - I’ve earned some loyalty points and been in touch to try to get them added but I can’t get any answer to my messages. It’s been coming up to a month now since my first referral and still waiting for the points, and no response to communication at all. Such a shame because I like the company ethos and they did such a great Black Friday deal. It does put me off shopping with them again, a real shame.

Edit 4/1/24 to add - emailed company as requested on 20th Dec but still no reply and still no action.

I was a bit concerned

I was a bit concerned, having read a few negative reviews, however the item I was looking for was difficult to get, so I decided to take a risk and placed the order. I shouldn’t have worried. No problems at all. Confirmation of order received. Quick delivery. I’d happily buy from again.

Thieves! Sent an unopened return a couple of days after purchase , has two weeks of chasing to get a reply about when I will be receiving refund, now they are saying it was opened?? It was not opened as we knew what was in it and knew we didn’t want to go ahead as in needed purchase!! No reply from customer services so they have my parcel AND our money?? Scam site

Another disappointed buyer here-…

Another disappointed buyer here- ordered 2 yoto players on 18th November- still not arrived. Only have an email to contact which has a slow turnaround, no phone number. I have been told they will be despatched that day and then they are not. Just being strung along- had to open a case with PayPal to try and get money back
