Excellent customer service.
I wrote my original review (below) having not received my order. Since then, the customer service I've received has been brilliant. Only fair I updated this.
Received email 3 days ago confirming my order had been shipped, but no courier info. Received email today asking for a review, but still no delivery.

The service was very good kept me updated to where my parcel was. Prices were excellent

Never received item complete waste of time

Outstanding service. I received my order the next day, securely packaged and as described.

Ordered late Wednesday night paid for next day delivery as was leaving early Saturday morning , arrived Saturday 3pm, not Friday. Emailed Friday morning still to hear anything back, (have checked junk mail) best avoided

I purchased good in January but due to having to move from my house due to my mother having underlying health issues, I never bothered opening my goods. When I did 2 weeks ago sizing was way off.
Spoke with Johnathan in Alive and dirty and he took the goods back but as it was nearly a few months the refund date was kinda gone, but they let me exchange for other items to the value of my returns and shipped them today.
