Had a non fault accident
Had a non fault accident, 12 hours later still waiting for a hire car, no follow up phone calls to check how we were, shocking level of service when we needed them most, a complaint will certainly be raised, the recovery company was more helpful in our hour of need..

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (Cant even get the date the correct way around)
Your web sight is quite appalling not easy to navigate and is clearly designed to make the customer feel they are nothing more than an inconvenience to the smooth running of your business! With you putting your date backwards the Americans putting their month and day backwards its no wonder children are illiterate.
