DO NOT USE ALLIED EXPRESS !! Total disgrace. Every review you read is exactly what happened to me. Did not ring gate bell and left a stupid card. Redelivered 3 days later and I asked them to ring doorbell if not home call me and I will open gate remotely. Watched the driver on my CCTV jump out of truck and leave it on the footpath and drive off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My prediction - It will go bust I the next year !!!

Buyer Beware

I ordered an external drive which had to be formatted, then promptly stopped working after 1 day. The seller said he would send a replacement. 4 months later, I still have not received the replacement and Allie Express will not refund my money unless I provide a picture of the defective product which I threw out after the seller said he would replace it. After I write about 10 more bad reviews, I will be closing down my Allie Express account and will NEVER buy anything from them again. Temu is a far better option. The returns are easy and they are on your side when a seller tries to rip you off.

Worst experience ever! Babe sellers don’t speak English and take forever to get back to you. The tracking information is a joke and no English website to be able to track it. It took a month to get. I will never order from them again.

I usually have a good experience with allied express, but
Ordered a few hundred dollar wig through allied express from the vendor Beeos Hair. The item was never delivered, but marked as delivered. They asked for proof. How can I give them proof if I don't have item? They are refusing to send refund. They send emails stating send proof that item was not delivered, then send another email saying my thime to respond has expired and they my request has been denied they have to pay and side with vendor!! I wanted a full refund, or the item I ordered !

Not happy, poor service.

Heavy package was dropped off on driveway next to road. No message or call to say it was there. Had to hire someone to bring the 52 kg package to my house. I don’t understand how these people stay in business. Useless!

Kogan delivery service from alliedexpress

22Oct -Allied express was the courier and there was no communication from them prior to delivery. Delivery person has visited and have taken back the goods saying that no one was at home when my wife was at home whole day. I have seen a popup in Kogan app about the delivery and found out they hv left a message in my post box to reschedule the delivery. When I have called them, the operator said the driver was supposed to send an SMS before delivery but I haven't received any. Then I checked with them what number they have and confirmed that they have my number. They said they are going to deliver it next day 23OCT. I have called them 3 times today (23OCT) and checked with them for any update. They said will be delivered between 1 pm to 5.30pm. I hv called them back again around 4.30pm, after waiting entire afternoon,they said the delivery driver is near my area and will be delivered by 5.30pm. waited until 5.45pm and tried to ring them. Their office closed by 5.30pm. they could leave the item at my door if they have sms me prior to visit. Probably I will have to pay for the redelivery now.

$1100 parcel left on front grass

Parcel worth $1100, I left instruction for parcel to be left behind a door, parcel was left on my front grass, we were home but driver did not knock or try to contact us. To top it off, only 2 of 3 parts were delivered.

Proof of delivery was signed, but not by anyone in my family.

Deliver to wrong state

ALLIED EXPRESS couldn't organise a sock draw.
They delivered 1 of 2 large parcels to the correct address on the 16th of August the other to the opposite side of the country.
Tracking tells me my parcel 2 is in our local warehouse on the 21st August for 36 hrs currently and will not be despatched to my location (20 minutes away) until 26-27 August.
To say this company's standards and care factor are well below average would be a huge understatement.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service, meant to receive a delivery, they took it back to depot (no reason why) then you have to wait days for them to reprocess it before it can leave the depot and attempt delivery.... this is going to a business so people are there all day to receive it. Management acknowledge that their processes are crap and agreed, only to say they are sorry I'm not the only one complaining about it, but nothing changes.

So staff agree that this is a crap place to send parcels with.....

Booked through Transdirect as a Residential custom

Booked through Transdirect as a residential customer.
I ordered for three large heavy boxes to be picked up from me in outer Newcastle and delivered to a Sydney business.
Driver came late afternoon on the booked day, and delivery completed around noon the following day.
Overall, very happy. Allied was by far the cheapest of all the courier options.

Forged Signature

Allied Express just delivered an order damaged

Allied Express just delivered an order and had badly damaged my package. Not only was there a significant and large hole in the packaging itself but visible damage to the furniture inside. Order TNW2324362455. Avoid companies that used Allied Express or this service directly.

Absolutely disgusted with the service absolutely disgusted with the misinformation over the phone absolutely appalled with the people on the phone that had no knowledge of the job no knowledge of the information no knowledge of their own job descriptions.
Chonel (That's the name she provided whether that's true or not I don't know) from the Sydney office believes it's her responsibility to argue with a customer over the phone not provide service. This buffoon got on the phone to me with no information about the job no information about the customer and not up to speed with the problems and she told me she was a supervisor I'm sorry but she must have been recruited from the pub.

AOE10791133N Initial contact was made in relation to this consignment on the 18th of this month until to date still not resolved and i'm the only one that's making contact!!!! allied couriers nobody has made any effort to contact me in relation to this. Absolutely pathetic.

Didnt follow delivery instructions

Recieved a text saying that my Kmart order was onto a driver for delivery today and that if no one was going to be home, follow the link to organise delivery without a signature required. Seeing as it was a bike and accessories for my sons bday, i didnt want it to be left at the front in full view of the street, so I didnt approve authority to leave. 2 days later and still hadn't recieved anything till I got another text saying that they had recieved my goods at their depot, and to allow time for the items to travel through their network. "Our driver will scan items out on day of delivery, and you will recieve a further SMS on the day"...well I didn't recieve an SMS until my mother called saying that all goods had been dumped at front gate! I was lucky my sister got home and seen them leaving, otherwise they would have been left in full view of the street for who knows how long. Despite requesting it to still require a signature for delivery, they decided to print on box sticker that the delivery instructions were 'authority to leave: yes'! If this is Kmarts preferred courier, I will not be ordering again.

Happy with fast efficient service

Had heavy item delivery from Melbourne to Sunshine Coast. Very fast, arrived before delivery date, and in good condition. Delivery driver was very helpful and managed to bring large item inside. Really happy with service. Live tracking was very good.

if i only know the **** this…

if i only know the how this company is doing i will never ever use this. this allied express should ban here in australia!!! don't understand how can you still run this company scammer, i order from ebay and never turn in even it say’s it was delivered!! and now im so stress how to refund my money because they are not giving me proof that they dont deliver it or send it back to the seller.. to allied express mark my word none of my family member will use you as currier!!!
