Really efficient service. Everything was included in the price, so no surprise add-ons. All the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. Stress free car hire!

My wife had a confirmed booking with AllInCarHire for a car pickup at Málaga Airport on 27.02. When we landed, we called them to arrange the pickup, and only then they told us that they had cancelled the reservation because she allegedly did not provide her driving licence number.
This made no sense for several reasons:
The day before, they sent her an email asking for the flight number, which she provided immediately.
This was not our first rental with this company — they already had a copy of her driving licence from previous bookings.
Nobody informed us in advance that the booking was at risk of being cancelled.
As a result, they left my wife stranded at the airport without a car and gave no clear or serious explanation. The customer service showed zero responsibility and no respect for customers.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you don’t want your trip to start with stress and unexpected problems.

Our first ever visit to Andalusia and we were extremely pleased with our choice of car rental company. Allincarhire provided a virtually flawless service from point of booking to the final drop off. They very promptly replied to my questions prior to the pick up. The shuttle pick up instructions from the airport were clear and there was only a short wait. Collection was very quick as was the return. No extra charges applied. Highly recommended.

Been travelling to Malaga for over 30 years and rent a car round about 3-4 times a year it’s an absolute nightmare been ripped off scammed so many times by other companies . This is the best company we have used by far . No hassle at all everything was perfect very quick turnaround no waiting no rip off fuel costs or big deposits. would recommend them 100% and will be using them in the future brilliant service

Such an excellent car hire company. We have used them several times, without incident. This time, however, I was driving and a calor gas lorry came straight at me, cutting the corner, causing me to pull in more to the right. I went into the curb, resulting in two punctures on the passenger side! I phoned All In, and they immediately despatched a breakdown truck and took me and the car back to their depot, where they issued me with a replacement car (same make & model as before). Absolutely no quibble, no extra to pay, and they were more concerned about me and that I was ok than they were the car! Prices are very fair too, and a second driver is included free of charge. My husband & I are now in our 70’s, and they still happily rent us a car each time we visit Spain, at no additional cost. Cannot recommend them enough - all the staff are great!

They had a good and hurry service when i used their service years ago. But now they never have cars available, so i dont know why the website is filled with cars and so on. Any car or any date "No car available". sad story for a company who could be the largest in the region.

Nice and simple car hire. We booked the "All in package" and a car with automatic gear. Everything was included (children car seats and exstra driver).
The car had rear view camera and navigation. The car seamed new allthough it had run for 50.000 km.
We were picked up at the airport by a friendly and busy driver. The return was easy and fast, even at 4.30 AM. The minibus drove us back to the front door of the airport in 5 min.
Remember to have a Credit Card and not only a Debit Card (VISA) for the deposit. The friendly staff managed to do our booking dispite us only having a debit Card.

Very efficient and friendly staff, we were picked up and taken back to the airport on time . The car was great and being all in means you don't have to worry about the odd scratch. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone 5 stars all round

I strongly advise against renting from this company if you are over 75 years old. Not only do they charge you an Excess amount of 300 € but on top of that they are rude and ill-mannered. I went instead to Malaga Cars where I got a better price, a better car and a reasonable surcharge for being past 75 years.

I have used this company more than a couple of times and I like the fact that the price you see on line is the price you pay no extras for this and that which I've encountered with other companies . The staff has always been helpful and friendly and in fact on this occasion when we delivered the car back we were given some bad news and my mind was all over the place I handed in the car key so the young man could check the car and he gave me my Phone and house keys to me which I forgot to pick up so I am so grateful (Thank You )

This is the second time we have used allincarhire and have been very pleased with them great service friendly staff and will definitely use them again saves all the hassle of queuing at the airport

If you care about animal welfare, do not use this company. They actively promote the Mijas Burro Taxis on their website. When contacted to ask them to remove the promotion, their rude and unprofessional response was "Adopt a Cat Karen". Recently 8 ex Burro Taxis were rescued. They were in appalling condition. Teeth needed removing, ones tendons were so bad it couldn't walk, plus many more injuries. You can find the video online. Any company promoting activities like this, should be ashamed. It's 2025, not 1600. There are plenty of other car rental companies at Malaga Airport. Choose one with moral ethics!

Please don't use this company when you want to hire a car, they support animal abuse buy advertising and promoting Donkey Taxi in Mijas Pueblo, a very cruel business with horrible daily abuse of the donkeys involved. Nothing you want your money to support if you like animals.

We chose All in Car Hire as previous companies we’d looked at, had terrible reviews on TrustPilot. All in’s reviews reassured me I was hiring from the right company. We were picked up promptly, there was no up-sale of insurance when we arrived, polite staff and very quick service and the car was in mint condition. It was a pleasure to drive and we had zero incidents. The process of handing the car back was easy and again dealt with by polite staff. I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring a car from them again in the future. Fantastic service!!

From August 15 to 28, I rented a car from AllinCarHire, and I can honestly say it was the best car rental experience I’ve ever had in Spain.

In the past, I’ve rented from other companies and there was always something—extra charges, unclear terms, or unfriendly service. But this time was completely different: everything was clear, transparent, and exactly as agreed. No hidden fees, no nonsense. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay.

At first, I thought I had booked a diesel car, but it turned out to be petrol. I mentioned that I preferred diesel, and they genuinely made an effort to offer me that option. In the end, I decided to stick with the petrol car because it was a beautiful, spacious Citroën—no regrets!

What really stood out was the time and attention they gave me, both when picking up and returning the car. They were friendly, patient, and professional throughout. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so positive that I felt it deserved one.

Fantastic service from allincarhire . We travel to Spain alot and have used lots of other company's and always get stung with an added charge, extra insurance or cleaning fee or large deposits ,but always something . I just hired a car with All In for 8 days €177. We were Picked up from airport within 10 minutes . Lovely brand new corsa with all the extras . Dropped it back and taken straight to airport. Zero extra charges. Will 100% use them everytime now !! Great company.
