Location good but not professional

The parking location outside Carcassonne airport is fine, although there was nobody to greet me and I had to wait 20 mins before someone turned up! When I asked before travelling, Allo Park informed me that I needed to request a receipt for the booking from the car park - which I need for expenses - but was told at the car park that they wouldn't do that because they don't handle payments. I explained this to Allo Park by email but their representative declined to issue a receipt making a stupid comparison with the AirBnB process which according to him is the same....it isn't, you can get a receipt if needed. If I don't get proof of payment I'll have to raise a complaint with consumer protection services in France....all in all a stressful experience and I wish I'd paid a few euros more for a different more professional service with someone else. Another typically unprofessional company operating in France...thet just don't have the ability to learn to do their jobs properly.

I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this parking service.
The address I received by email was incorrect, and I had to wait a long time for someone to show up.
In the end, I was told I had to pay an extra €50 for the car pickup.
Because of this, I missed my flight and had to buy a new ticket.

During my trip, I noticed via GPS that my car was moved to different locations, which caused me a lot of stress.
This was a very unprofessional and unacceptable experience.
I’m writing this review to warn other travelers to be cautious with this company.

Unhappy - still

Unhappy - Bad service, i went on holidays during Summer and parked the car in Frankfurt with Allopark, service is poor quality, things were stolen in the car, the globe compartment had been completely emptied on the back seat. And today i am receiving a fine from the german police for infraction with my car, and i got your Head on a photo to prove this . Really bad company, i will forward the fine to you, there is no way i am paying for this

Very bad

Very bad, they gave me a spot, when I arrived to the parking in Brussels Charleroi, it was closed. I nearly missed my flight and I had to park in the expensive one. I have asked them for a refund, It has passed 2 months and still chasing it. No compensation or whatsoever

The worst service provider

Allo park has replied my comment after 2 months. It said I received fully refund but It is lying, it has not been fully refunded and a portion of the amount has been taken. I do not understand the reason for taking a portion of the amount even though you did not provide any service!
You are the worst service provider I have ever seen in my life. (It is your responsibility to fully refund the amount, not your favor!!!)
