First time I have used this company but definitely won’t be the last. Ordered new dog bed just gone 11 on Thursday morning and have had it delivered, lunchtime the next day.

Bed itself is really good and my dogs were very impressed with the complimentary bag of treats

I’d never heard of All Pet Solutions before, but wanted/needed two Silicone Cat Collars quickly. I wasn’t disappointed - I suspect they were despatched on the same day even though I ordered them quite late.
Excellent service - I would, most certainly use them again.

Very quick delivery. Very pleased with item as it’s large and very long (so to speak!) screw holes both ends so you can turn it round. Not scratched yet so don’t know how long it will last.... I recommend it as the price is very competitive. I keep my old board which makes it cheaper instead of buying the whole caboodle.

All pet solutions has the worst customer service I have encountered.
I purchased an order last night and was met with a warning to say that the order was declined. I refreshed and attempted to order again. The same message was given.
When checking my bank account all pet solutions has taken payment for 2 transactions. Yet no order.
There is no way to contact them. I have submitted 2 customer service tickets and not had responses for either. If you attempt to call you are greeted with a message to say phone lines are not running.
I am a young teacher trying to make it by during corona virus times and I have now been robbed of my hard earned money - which i cannot afford. I still do not have the items I needed and there is no way to contact pet solutions?
Avoid this place at all costs.

Whilst the actual products were of a high standard sorting out a return of one of the sizings has been awful. Even with the Christmas break they took nearly a month to reply to how to send back the refund. Once it was left again and I had sent it off tracked I emailed again after it had been delivered 2 weeks ago. I know as finally told a refund had been accepted and would go through in 5-8 working days. When the refund has been given it is not even half of the price and no reason has been given, or emails replied to, about why it is such a low amount. Awful customer service and very disappointed.

Very prompt delivery, all items ordered are excellent quality for the very reasonable price paid. Will definitely order again and 100% recommend!

I ordered couple of replacement cat scratching posts which were perfect and the cats love them...saved buying another whole cat tree...these arrived within days of ordering and I am pleased with them.
Will have to see how long they last...

I had put a 5 star review when I first received my retractable dog lead but it has developed a fault within a few days. It is not retracting properly and it has frayed when it gets stuck. I have received a refund for the lead but not the £4 delivery charge. I have emailed but haven't received a response. I should not have to pay delivery costs for faulty goods. Terrible service when I am legally entitled to this money back.

Great service. I bought some excellent quality cat bowls with mat. They were the perfect size, bowls don't slip and mat is easily washable. Arrived promptly and good value for money.
