Paid extra to get delivery thats not royal mail.item was not left by them as royal mail are usless.waist of time.

We chose to buy from them because we could pay for next day delivery and it said on website the date it would arrive. Unfortunately, the items weren’t posted until 2 days after they were supposed to arrive. I’m now able to apply for a refund but have been warned in detail that if I don’t get it to them in good shape, I’ll only get a partial refund. And I’m certain the 4.50 paid for express postage is money down the drain. Very disappointing.

I ordered dog beds and a dog coat from All Pet Solutions and I am delighted with the quality of the products. The beds are waterproof, tough and fully zipped for easy cleaning. The dog coat I purchased for the puppy was extremely well made. The products are well priced and extremely well made. Speedy delivery and was well packaged. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I ordered an orthopedic bed for my aging labrador. All Pet Solutions have a good range and a variety of sizes, with reasonable prices. Easy to use website and quick delivery. I would highly recommend.

Hard to find the, 1.8kg tub of vitalis rift lake green pellets at a decent price. This is the best price I could find at the time. Easy payment process and excellent speedy delivery made by Royal Mail. Great

We saw the bed we wanted for our greyhound and after reading the reviews we decided to order it. Ordering was quick and simple, the delivery was very prompt (next day), the bed itself is fantastic quality and our greyhound couldn’t be happier or comfier - he has had 5 beds in the last 18 months and fallen out with each one, this one is the right firmness and the support roll around the edges is really comfortable for his long neck. I would highly recommend this company and this bed.

Bought a memory foam dog bed a couple of weeks ago, first purchase from this company. Web site easy to navigate, price good compared to other similar products from other companies. Bed ordered one evening, delivered less than 48 hours later. Very pleased with the bed, more importantly so are my dogs. So much so that I ordered another one a few days later; similar easy transaction, again delivered quickly. Will purchase again, very happy with the product and service from All Pet Solutions.

Hi everyone we ordered a fish tank pump with UV light. Ordered on Thursday morning it arrived as stated on Saturday morning good price good pump would order from them again

Well what can i say. I ordered the retractable lead, it is very very good. Delivery was spot on and they let me know every step of the way during the order process. Ordered on the Monday and delivered on Thursday of the same week. I would and will be ordering from them again.

I bought a travel crate for my puppy which broke after one week of use. A replacement has been offered which is appreciated but I am not sure I would purchase the fauna travel crate again or recommend it.

I've placed an order, paid extra for 1-2 day delivery. 6 days later now, item still not arrived. Online "contact from" doesn't work, they don't reply to Facebook messages either. Please avoid.

Update 26/10/2020. Item purchased back in April was a dog lead which arrived almost 2 weeks late despite me paying extra for express delivery . Lead only lasted couple of weeks and then broke ( extremely poor quality).

Company contacted me today (over 6 months later!!!) asking for an order number! Sorry, I no longer have a record of it. Very disappointed overall.

I was gifted one of their 8M/50Kg retractable leads to use with my 6-month old Springer Spaniel pup... It arrived on a Friday afternoon, by Sunday morning I noticed that the tape the lead is made of was fraying, and the tape itself showing signs of stress! - If this thing didn't last two days with a six-month-old puppy on the end, what hope is there for it being useable with a fully grown dog? Even a small one!

This thing is BOUND to snap! - It's just complete rubbish! And could well result in a dog becoming lost or even killed if it bolted near a road!

Trying to contact them is a crock too... their contact form is obstructive and the only response you'll get is for something called all POND solutions??? The whole thing seems a complete shamble to me.

UPDATE... 26/10/20. Noting that my review was posted in February 2019, EIGHTEEN MONTHS LATER these people have the CHEEK to post here asking me for an "order number"???? ...SERIOUSLY???? I've been all round the houses with their customer services department ALREADY! Their attitude STANK! As far as they were concerned it was a case of "little puppies chew things" ! - So NO, Eighteen months AFTER the piece of junk you sold was put in the BIN where it belongs - and Eighteen months AFTER I was given the runaround by your customer services department - No I OF COURSE DON't have a B****y order number! - WHAT A FLAMIN' CHEEK!!!!
