Alpha Motorcycle Training 

I recently completed my CBT course and I want to sincerely thank Mr. Des for his outstanding professionalism. He is an excellent instructor – patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to his students’ safety. He even stayed after hours with me to help improve certain skills, just to make sure I’ll be safe and confident on the road. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality training!

I had my training with Dess and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. He was very strict, but in the best possible way — focused, professional, and always making sure everything was done safely and properly. His no-nonsense approach gave me the confidence and discipline I needed to ride responsibly. You can tell he really cares about his students becoming skilled, safe riders. Highly recommend Dess to anyone serious about learning the right way!

I did both the gear conversion and DAS course Alpha and it was a great experience. They not only want you to pass but want you to become a good rider. Especial thanks to Rob and Jason for being so acommodating and understanding, and to everyone at Alpha MTC group.

MY NAME KISHOR I did CBT today 9/05/25 with DES I had a fantastic experience with Alpha Motorcycle Training. From start to finish, the instructors were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping students become safe and confident riders. The training was well-structured, and the bikes and equipment were in great condition.

Very helpful, Dez and richie were amazing. Highly recommended for CBT and other courses in a real way.

Was trained by Bjorn. Amazing instructor, very calm manner and liked to joke around which made the day more relaxed and easier to deal with. In case of a fire save the red honda. Will be back here for a bigger license

Great experience and an excellent introduction to motorcycle riding. I had no previous experience and first attempted my CBT on a 125cc geared bike but failed—honestly, I wasn’t ready at the time. However, I then completed the ITM (Introduction to Motorcycling), which really helped me build confidence and skills. After that, I retook the CBT and passed. The trainers were fantastic, especially Diamantis, who kept correcting and guiding us to reach the required standard. I highly recommend the ITM for anyone who has never ridden a motorcycle before, especially if they’re learning on a geared bike.

I passed my CBT-training in October 2023 , I was never riding a bike before , they told and show us how to manoeuvre a bike .( I was doing with automatic bike )
I passed my theory test in September 2024 and right after I was calling them . I was starting with gear conversion first because I didn’t know it how to ride a manual bike , second day after that we start practicing on 125cc , 3th day I was practicing on 650cc .

1. I would like to say they explain so well and we was practicing for MOD 1 on the DVSA yard where the test it is as well so you can get use to the place .
2. For MOD 2 I don’t have much to say because it is YOU versus INSTRUCTOR on the road .

And now end of November I passed my licence, I’m so confident on me when I’m riding

Overall, I highly recommend Motorcycle School Alpha to anyone wanting to learn how to ride. Their friendly instructors and effective lessons made my experience a great one!

Instructor wasn’t helpful for beginners.
Make sure you learned and practiced 100% before you come here or booked directly they probably would care differently. Don’t book ride to or 3rd party. It’s just scam. Spend 205£ only for less 10 minutes ( practice time)

This's scammers website I booked cbt training today White City but they changed my location without out permission. I booked White City training centre I have arrived before 30 mins but they said we don’t have any booking. I contacted online chat they said it’s Wembley. They don’t even send me emails confirmation and location change It’s legal scamming

Started my big bike training in July never have used a gear bike in my life rob the instructor done my first gear conversion he was very helpful very patient and very professional when teaching. Went onto my mod one training on a 650cc bike. Jason trained me and I passed first time then went on to the mod2 training with Jason training me also passed first time Jason is a very good instructor very knowledgeable very patient and wants to get the best out of you. And also went on a one day training with Martin the instructor he was also a very good trainer. Just wanted to say thank you guys for having me it’s been a pleasure and would definitely recommend alpha motorcycle training to anyone that’s interested in getting a cbt or a big bike licence.

They fail people on purpose ( No wonder the low reviews here ) just trying to get money out of them giving baseless explanations and also when the hell a CBT is a test ? Its not a test its a training (Compulsory Basic Training) so u can’t just stupidly fail people Highly not recommended

They wantedly failed few persons.
And they didn't inform there will be exam of highway codes. No recommendable

Unfortunately, wasn’t able to attend due to a family member passing away. Attempted to rebook, albeit there was some confusion. However I was accused of lying about a verbal agreement to reschedule and told that by being there in the first place I surely could not be grieving. Wish I’d read these reviews and responses from the company beforehand as it really paints a picture of a lack of any real customer service or humanity for that matter. Would not have been too fussed if it hadn’t been for the rudeness when trying to resolve the matter. Hope this review will at least be helpful to someone else.

Would not recommend for a new rider. Go to a school that has a track record of more patience and enthiasm to work with new riders. My experience (and others that were attending the same course) was they will not spend much time with you on the bike before sending you home, saying you failed and need more time. Course started at 7:30am (loads of faffing about at the start of the day, even more throughout the morning), I was in the car going home at 10:30am with only an hour of the day allowed on the bike doing basic manouvres. I didn't expect to come in and walk away with a pass but I did expect more supportive trainers, and more of an opportunity to learn. The other guy I was training with was the same, unfortunately his second time through. I accept that neither of us were ready or safe enough to go on the road but instead of spending a bit of more time working with us for the session (that otherwise would have been on the road) to at least get something out of the day they sent us home. Left a very sour taste for someone who went into this enthusiastic to learn and excited about starting a motorcycle training journey.

Thank you for your professionalism and for making everything so much fun and easy. I know I don't need to visit again as I passed the first time, but I do suggest and recommend anyone to use Alpha.

I recommend Instructor Diamantis for anyone pursuing a CBT. He is extremely professional. His method of tutoring is second to none. If you make a mistake you feel no pressure whenever you are told to correct it.
He is really good at what he does.

Highly recommended training company, top class instructors and created a brilliant atmosphere to learn. Big thankyou to Rob, Bjorn and Jason for all the time and effort today.
