Fabulous transfer to La Plagne.
Before booking I had a couple of queries which were replied to very quickly by email.
The outward journey was by coach which of course took a while to load. At Aime station we transferred to a minibus which allowed a quick transfer to the resort.
The return journey was even better. We had a minibus down to Aime and then another minibus to Geneva. We received our timings early in the morning of the day before departure. On the day itself we received what's app messages and a phone call to keep us up to date with our transfer journey.
I would use Alpine Fleet again.

The driver was punctual, courteous, and extremely helpful with our luggage and skis. He ensured we arrived on time and offered a polite farewell at the end of the trip. You are fortunate to have such a wonderful employee on your team. I would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it for airport transportation.

So I contacted you a week ago and your app stated no buses to Geneva from Moutier.Email discuss said no way to Tignes or Geneva except v expensive private transfer. Now all changed. A lot of anxiety for nothing. Also a 5 min pick up from any where passing through Moutier cost you nothing in time and yes you earn more money. Live by your name and brand FLEXIBUS. NOTE YOU CALLED YOURSELF FLEXI!!!

As we specialise in Airport Ski Transfers, the domestic service routes from Tignes to Moutiers are operated by regional partners within the area, such as La Region. We are unable to offer this on our service due to cabotage regulations. If this route were available, it would have been listed online for booking.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate that you were trying to remain budget-conscious. In this case, the only available option would have been a private transfer which our team provided for you.
For your refund policy, as its booked with our partner FlixBus, there refund conditions are applicable through the application.
