Much more reasonable price for transfers from Geneva to Val d'isere. Airport was busy but well organised. Coaches not allowed into central Val so have to do last bit on local free bus, but these are v... See more

About Alpine Fleet
Written by the company
AlpineFleet offer shared and private airport transfers to Alpine ski resorts.

AlpineFleet provides transfer services that offer a range of choices from Geneva, Zurich, Lyon & Grenoble Airports.
We offer shared, private and premium transfers for all kinds of passenger numbers, groups and corporate events.
Our shared transfers from Geneva Airport cover Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Chamonix, Val Thorens, Meribel, Courchevel, La Plagne, Les Arcs, Tignes and Val d'Isere!
Our shared fixed point services cover a wide area within each of our resorts, helping you get as close as possible to your accommodation for the best value in the Alps. Where possible we use coaches to reduce the carbon footprint of our services and offer the most eco-friendly option for our clients.
Our shared door 2 door transfers provide an additional last miles vehicle to get you right to your door. While a little more expensive, it is still cheaper than taking a private transfer so still provides great value while making your holiday easier. It can be a great option for families travelling with children, and people staying in amazing chalets that are often a little outside the main town. No on likes walking with heavy ski bags!
Our private transfers offer a great way to start and end your holidays. It's just for you and your group and gets you right to your door. Relax, chat and nap with your friends and family along the way to get your holiday off to a great start.
Our Premium private transfers are our luxury services. You will be picked up in a Mercedes vehicle and transported to your holiday in style and comfort. These transfers also come with double the waiting time in the airport on arrivals to reduce stress on any flight delays.

Responded rapidly to my requests via WhatsApp, and dispatched a revised ticket immediately
Well done. A credit to alpine.
Last minute change
I booked with Alpine way in advance, but made an error on my booking (leaving the resort about 8 hours way too early for a long drive). Despite being in high season Ben sorted a completely new driver to pick us up last minute. Thank you Ben - greatly appreciate all your help!
I like the Alpine Fleet!!!
I like the Alpine Fleet!!!
Great bunch of people managing transfer as well as possible in the outside mess.
I will use the company any time I can.
Thank you for helping me with this tedious transfers. Really the worst part of skiing holidays.
Callum was brilliant
Callum was brilliant. I accidentally booked the wrong bus and he quickly managed to change it with no fuss extremely quickly. Highly recommend
Our transfer with Alpine Fleet was a…
Our transfer with Alpine Fleet was a major disappointment. The company moved our 8:50 AM pickup from Les Deux Alpes to an actual collection time of 5:45 AM, shifting the schedule by 3 hours and 5 minutes. This change caused significant issues with our checkout arrangements and we were then left stranded at a small airport terminal with heavy snowboard gear for over five hours before check-in opened for a 13:25 flight. The company claimed this extreme change was necessary to ensure a timely arrival due to "predicted delays". There was zero evidence of predicted traffic or weather issues in any French reporting websites and the transfer arrived at the airport with zero delays. This change was purely for their operational benefit. The transfer was in a cramped minivan. Despite this, they denied my partial refund request which seems more than a fair request given the situation. I sent a detailed email on April 2nd strongly contesting their decision, but I have not received any further email response from them by today 10th April.

Anna at the desk was amazing!
Very polite helpful and easy going.
Will definitely use alpine fleet again.
The return pick-up time was moved…
The return pick-up time was moved forward by an hour the day before, which kind of ruined the last day of skiing.
There were 2 transit legs. The first van left us at the Moutiers station to "go find the alpine fleet" bus. But apparently he could/should have told us the specific stop number, which would have saved 8 people wandering aimlessly

I drove up to Le Fayet the other week and had the pleasure of the front seat.Your driver was a Greek chap, good on the wheel and amazing with his clients. We chatted about his summer job in Santorini and his winter season in Chamx and he was just a great representative of your company. Keep hiring good people
Transfer time changed at short notice.
Booked a 3am transfer to Geneva for a 7am flight ( booking made 02.02.26) for 11.04.26.
Received an email today ( 09.04) with a transfer time of 4am which does not leave enough time to get to the airport for the flight.
Offered a private transfer instead for 500 euros.
Booking has been cancelled ( and refunded ) but we now have less than 48 hours to arrange an alternative which may involve our son having to drive us to the airport and have to cancel a shift at work.

Really helpful staff who quickly repsoned to all my queries and clarified all information really well.
2nd time we have used them and so far can't fault the service at all. Iris and her team were so helpful during the booking process.
Great service and great value for money too

Very excellence support.
I had an issue with my bus from Geneva because my flight arrived late and I didn’t have enough time to catch the scheduled bus. I contacted their support team via email, and I was truly impressed by how quickly they responded.
They resolved the issue promptly and re-arranged everything without asking many questions or making the process complicated. Their efficiency and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.
I really appreciate their excellent customer service and support. Thank you so much for your kindness and professional
Shocking company
Shocking company.
We paid for flexi booking, their website suggesting we’d be able to get on the most time efficient bus.
They advertised Tignes as a 2hr 45min transfer.
We got to their departure terminal 40 mins before the bus we’d booked, 1:30pm, was due to leave. Only to be told we’d been pushed back onto the 2:15pm bus. Not good especially when we’d booked flexi booking!
At 2:15 when due to be leaving, they informed us the bus driver now had to take their mandatory break. Which was surprising as surely a mandatory break would be scheduled into their planning.
Delayed to 3pm
We finally left at 3:45pm. 3 hours after arriving at their check in departure and 2 hrs 15 mins after the bus we booked and got to on time.
We were the. Informed that it wasn’t a direct bus and that we’d be going to two resorts before our destination.
Just under 7 hours later, we finally arrived at our hotel.
So much for the advertised 2hrs 45 mins.
As if our journey the resort wasn’t bad enough, half 4 days through our 7 night stay, they emailed to say they don’t actually have a bus running at. The pre booked time of 1:39am and they can’t actually offer us a transfer back to the airport that would get on there on time and cancelled our booking.
They did offer us a private transfer at 420% additional cost on top of the price we’d paid already for the booking we’d made.
Needless to say we declined and found another bus transfer company to take us back to the airport.
AlpineFleet is an absolutely shocking firm, avoid at all costs!!!!
I made a last minute reservation 1-2…
I made a last minute reservation 1-2 hours prior and my bag was delayed and I missed my shuttle.Outbound options were nonexistent after 18:00 and no refund. I was very disappointed
