My experience was great, having just had one of the worst service experiences of my life with another dealer, it was much appreciated.

From the guy who checks the vehicle in all the way to the receptionist who check us out, everyone is friendly, efficient, professional, and courteous which is why we always go back. They tell us what's wrong but don't pressure us to do more than what we came in for. They always get the vehicles done quickly, but the one time they took a little longer than expected, they charged us a bit less. We heard them do it for another customer as well. They're just good people.

If the entire staff could provide the quality service, care, and communication that I received on this visit, Al Serra south would be a top tier dealership. This was my third visit and I think they got it completely right this time.

I took my Chevy Colorado in for it's first oil change. My vehicle was out in 1:04...just fine! Enjoy great service...and so convenient!!! Thank you!

I was told there was an oil and transmission fluid leak during my oil change. I took it to my regular mechanic and was informed everything was fine.

Did a good job on the repairs but never looked at my car for the first two days they had it. Everyone at the service department was very nice but the length of time it was there was frustrating.

Bought certified preownwed, 6 months later they never registered my car as CPO. Had to spend an hour waiting after waiting 3 hours for an oil change, for their busy manager to answer my sales guy question on why it wasn't registered. Said I would get free oil changes while the warranty was valid. After convincing the garage I did have CPO they informed me it only 2 Oil changes free and they will rotate my tires but I have to Pay to balance them. My THANK YOU/HAPPY BIRTHDAY COUPONS (Only Valid during your birthday month) Email was sent to me on the 27th of my birthday month. They are unprepared to provide good customer service. Expect to wait for everything/everybody for wrong info

We contacted Al Serra after the really bad hail storm in our area. I was told a date I could bring our truck in. When that date rolled around we arrived with our truck and were told that we should have received a call to be pushed back for arrival. They took the truck in regardless and from that point on there was no communication unless we sought it out ourselves. Just before picking up our truck up, we were told that they could not accommodate the bed liner that was written into the original estimate that our insurance company had written in to cover damages to the bed, that Al Serra had originally had agreed to perform (they later offered money off our deductible, however we would have much rather had the liner.) The first time they returned our truck (which was about 2 months old at the time of turn over for repairs, and turned in with just a touch over 2000 miles) one of the rear hooks in the roof headliner were upside down the other was fine. The cab of the truck that is near the back door to the rear seats where the rear door of the cab closes was all scratched to the metal like a single person had manhandled the seat back into the cab, as well as some scratches to a fender. There was residual welding material on the existing paint, and window tar all over the windshield. When we noticed the defects we called Al Serra and we brought the truck back in. They had our vehicle for several more weeks to fix what they should have the first time. After a few weeks my husband called for a status update and was told that he would not have been happy with the repairs so they were starting them over. Eventually we got our truck back. We have noticed some of the weather stripping to the back window was cut in the course of repairs, that some of the windows that were previously silent now whistle as we drive down the highway, and doors that were once silent now rattle like they weren't reinstalled like they should be. Some where along the way or radio quit working, much to Al Serras' credit regardless of fault they facilitated repairs for that. Regardless of what may be wrong with our nearly new truck we weren't willing to put our truck back in their hands for further repairs and would recommend any other body shop under the sun than this one for repairs to anyone.
