When My jeep broke down in their intersection the service guys came out and towed my vehicle into the shop.... We ended up buying a vehicle that day... Thank you Joe and Larry !!!!

The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm pleased every time I get my vehicle serviced at Al Serra Chevrolet South!

They couldn't rotate our tires because of a lug nut that wouldn't come off. So we were kind of disappointed that our tires didn't get done.We would have liked them to try a little harder on getting it off. Thank you. But we have always been happy in the passed.

Quality control is out the window, 2007 Tahoe LTZ leaking water from windshield. Took back reinstalled windshield, now leaking front, rear, sunroof headliner is being destroyed! Rear tailgate not aligned popping sound paint scraped. Driver door hail damaged not repaired correctly! They're full of excuses, been dealing with them since August and now it's February! Do you want me to keep going!! Customer service SUCKS, they never call you back and they never follow up on anything! Stay away. I will be contacting my insurance company so they can investigate & hopefully drop them.

I previously took my car into Al Serra Colorado for a couple issues. A week later my car broke down. Upon following up with Al Serra via phone for verification, I found they didn't even check what they were supposed to! I ended up paying $160 to have them fix a headlight which wasn't even out, without them doing the checks I had asked for!
Never returning!

Al Serra provided excellent service on my Chevy. 1st time there but they made me feel like i was welcomed, much like a preffered customer. They even provide shuttle service. Thank you for helping me out.

Honestly they helped me get a van with terrible credit and they made it happen with a reasonable monthly payment. My only concern was the tires on the 2016 town and country needed to be replaced they gave it to me with a 1/4 tank of gas and they didn't even was it. Other than that I would go back I got a great deal on the van I would've liked some new tires at least.

Wait was about an hour for an oil change but the sales person left the building at the end of his shift and didn't told anyone that my car was done. So I sat there for an extra 45 min waiting till I realized that my car it's been sitting outside done and ready. Gggrrr.
