Easier process than I thought and all staff I engaged with were really informative, kind and friendly. I didn’t feel judged which is important to me. Only minor issue was with my first appointment being cancelled with no reason but once I got in contact a new appointment was quickly booked. Overall efficient service would recommend!

Great service, good chats with the professionals and zero issues getting accepted as long as you have qualifying medical conditions. Great chat with pain consultant who recommended strains and strengths, then next day delivery once approved.
